OTEC实验系统及板翅式冷凝器的性能研究

【摘要】 本文以板翅式换热器传热和流动理论及两相流理论为基础,建立了 OTEC 实验系统板翅式冷凝器的数学模型,并根据实际情况忽略过冷凝结,只考虑两相区,简化了模型。在模型中,补充了换热器热平衡方程和氨侧汽液界面方程,从而使方程组封闭可解,并用计算软件 Matlab 对其进行求解,得到了水温、氨侧压力、空隙率、氨液流速、氨汽流速、液膜厚度、凝结换热系数及冷凝器总传热系数的沿程变化图。以一个与冷凝器水侧流道完全相同的换热器为研究对象,设计并搭建实验台,对换热器的冷热两侧流量和进出口温差进行测量,根据实验数据拟合出冷凝器水侧的对流换热关联式。对 OTEC 实验系统进行总体设计,确定实验循环形式。对组成部件进行结构设计或设备选型。设计总体流程及装配图,并根据图纸搭建实验台。鉴于国外相关方面的研究一般作为专利成果,本文的研究对指导板翅式冷凝器的运行有一定的意义。
【Abstract】 This paper based on the heat-transfer and,flow theory of the plate-fin heatexchanger and two phase flow theory, have set up the OTEC experimental system andthe mathematics model of the plate-fin condenser , and the model is divided into thetwo-phase district and subcooling district according to the actual conditions. In thetwo-phase district , have supplemented the thermal balance equation of the heatexchanger and the equation founded on the liquid-vapor interface of the ammonia side,thus make the equation group sealed and can be solved, Furthermore, solve to it.bythe calculating software Matlab. Allow one heat exchanger as the research object,which is a self-same heatexchanger as condenser in the water side path, design and put up the laboratory bench,carry on measurement to flow of cold and hot both sides and difference in temperatureof imports and exports of the heat exchanger. consequently , fit the heat convectionrelated type of the condenser’s water side according to the experimental data. The paper designs overally OTEC experimental system and confirms thecirculation form of the experiment . Moreover,Carries on the structural design orequipment selecting type in making up the part. Designs the overall procedure andinstallation diagram , and puts up the laboratory bench according to the drawing. Generally the research of relevant respects in the foreign.as the patentachievement , the research of this text has a certain meaning to the operation of theplate-fin condenser.
