【摘要】 随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入,城市的发展逐步完成了集聚的过程,逐渐开始了向外延的扩张。城市形态由集中转向分散。住宅作为城市中最有活力的元素,在城市向边缘扩散的过程中,扮演着重要的角色。同时因为住宅是与市民的日常生活联系最为紧密的物质空间,它承载着城市的文化,体现了城市的繁荣与衰败,记录了城市的发展历程。在城市形态的发展过程中,住宅的郊区化是城市形态分散发展的一个重要标志。人口的郊区化是城市郊区化的实质。天津作为我国的一个直辖市,他的城市形态的发展历程能从一个侧面反映出我国城市化发展的过程。而天津的住宅的郊区化同样代表了天津城市形态发展的趋势。本文以天津市的住宅建设与发展历程为例,论述了我国城市住宅郊区化的趋势与特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the thoroughly development of reform of the economic system in ourcountry, the development of the city completed the process that gathertogether gradually, starting gradually outwardly the expansion.Theresidence, the most vigorous element in the city, plays an important roleduring the course of the city expands to the verge.At the same time, becausethe residence is the closest material space for the civics’ daily life,it loads the culture of the city, incarnates the flourish and the downfallof the city and records the development process of the city.In the development process of the city, the suburbanization of the residenceis a vital symbol of the city’s scattered development.The essence of thepopulation’s suburbanization is the city’s suburbanization.Tianjin isused to be one of the municipalities of our country, its process of cityappearance development reflect the development process of our country’surbanization.Moreover the suburbanization of Tianjin’s residence is therepresentation of Tianjin city’s development direction.Throughout thisthesis, I take the course of Tianjin’s residence construct and developmentas an example, and try to discuss the direction and the characteristic ofour country’s residence suburbanization.更多还原
