大连市公交线网规划方法研究

【摘要】 公交线网规划是城市客运交通规划的主要部分,对于解决目前普遍存在的交通拥挤问题具有非常重要的意义。本文是在分析和参考国内外有关公交线网规划理论研究和实践经验基础上,对线网规划过程中一系列模型进行了研究,建立了一种理论分析深入,操作性强的线网优化方法。 本文主要由公交现状分析、公交需求预测、公交客流分配、线网规划和大连市公交线网实例计算等五大部分组成。首先通过在大连市的调查,对公交线网存在问题进行了剖析。在现状公交O-D的基础上,利用重新标定后的线性回归模型和双约束重力模型进行公交需求预测。在公交客流分配部分,引入公交换乘区域,改进了容量限制分配法,使之更符合乘客的出行策略。其次在充分分析大连市的公交现状条件下,提出了以修正后的公交企业效益最大为目标函数的线网优化模型。同时把公交线路分级,公交换乘枢纽等条件引入线网优化中,开发了一套切实可行的算法。最后以上述模型算法为基础,对大连市公交线网进行了改善,得到了令人满意的效果。

【Abstract】 Transit network planning is the main part of passenger transport planning in a city, which is important to resolve the general problems of traffic congestion. Based on the analysis of national and international theory and experience of transit network planning, here, some usual models are discussed and a method of network optimization which integrates theoretical analysis and strong manipulation is developed.This paper consists of five parts: analysis of current transit, forecast of transit demand, assignment of transit volume, network planning and numerical example of Dalian transit network. First, from the survey data of Dalian city, problems existed in transit network are analyzed. Based on current transit OD, the linear regression model validated newly and gravity model of double constraints are used to forecast transit demand. In the part of transit assignment, transit exchange area is introduced and capacity restriction method is improved to accord with passenger travel behavior. Then, after analyzing Dalian current transit, an optimization model on transit network is proposed in which the objective function is to maximize the corrected utility of transit corporations. Furthermore, classification of transit lines and transit exchange hinge are taken as restriction conditions, and a reasonable algorithm is developed. Finally, above models and algorithms are used to improve Dalian transit network, and a satisfactory result is obtained.
