基于技术转移的企业技术能力增长模式研究

【摘要】 如今,全球经济的增长越来越依赖于科学技术的进步。企业是整个国民经济体系的微观基础,企业技术的发展状况不仅关系着企业生存发展,也影响着整个国民经济发展的轨道和速率。作为一个发展中的大国,我国企业提升自身的技术能力不仅要依靠自身研究与开发的努力,更要灵活运用外部新近的技术知识和理念,以实现技术的跨越式发展,基于以上观点,论文着重研究基于技术转移的企业技术能力增长模式。 论文站在技术转移受方,从企业的角度,讨论技术转移的不同方式如何被企业选择、吸收和应用,并以此为依据,如何重组整合企业技术能力的构成要素,使得企业技术水平和技术学习能力得到不断提升。论文经过分析认为,企业通过分析原有技术能力所处阶段、技术势差、产业集中程度、技术所处生命周期和市场饱和程度来确定采用何种方式进行技术转移,通过供需双方的合作,成功转移所需的显性知识和隐性知识,使得企业技术能力中的人力资源、组织、技术基础等因素中某一因素大幅度提高或四因素均衡发展,重组整合,推动企业的技术水平和技术学习能力不断向更高层次发展,从而使得企业技术能力从拥有简单生产能力的仿制阶段过渡到技术同化阶段,并最终发展到自主创新阶段。论文通过对我国及日本汽车、彩电等行业的案例分析,归纳出两种基于技术转移的企业技术能力增长模式,追随式增长模式和嵌入式增长模式,并通过分析给出了对我国企业提升技术能力发展方向的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, the development of science has become the major source of economic growth. Corporations are the micro basis of the economy; therefore, its technology ability will affect the progress of both itself and the whole economic system. This paper states the corporation should make good use of the outside technology to enhance its own technology ability.The paper stands on the point of the imputed one in the technological transformation, focused on the enterprises, discussed how the enterprises choose, absorb and apply the technology which imputed from enterprises of some developed countries. And according on this, discussed how this transformation recomposed the inscapes of enterprises’ technology ability, brought up the technological level and technological learning capacity.This paper focused enterprises make certain to choose which type of technological transformation by analyze industry cluster degree, which technological life cycle technology in, and market saturation degree, and then, with cooperating between the imputed one and outputted one, succeed on transfer the obvious and latent information, made some factors like Human resources, organization and technological base recombine to impulse technological level and learning capacity expand forward, and then this will make enterprises’ technology ability develops by this way: the first step is striped-down only with throughput, and the second is technology absorptive capacity, and the highest is innovate undependably.This paper conclude two types of enterprises technological ability development model based on technological transformer through the case study of automobile and color TV enterprises in China and Japan. And with these analyses gave some suggestions of developing direction of Chinese enterprises.更多还原
