面向产品全生命周期的xBOM的研究

【摘要】 在制造业的产品设计和制造过程中,产品的物料清单(Bill Of Material,BOM)是一种描述装配件的结构化零件表,其中包括所有装配件、零件、原材料的清单,以及制造一个装配件所需的物料数量。在产品的设计和制造过程中,BOM起着核心数据的作用,它是连接产品设计过程和制造过程的信息桥梁,是企业工程设计部门和工艺部门进行CAD/CAPP、生产管理部门实施MES/MRPⅡ/ERP、制造部门实现CAM的依据。 本文在大量前期的研究工作的基础上,分析了企业生产对BOM的实际需求,结合863项目“面向产品全生命周期的xBOM解决方案及其软件支撑系统”,对以下几个方面进行了主要研究: 1) 面向产品的基础数据管理,提出xBOM定义和概念,并把xBOM研究扩充到产品全生命周期中,主要研究了各种BOM视图之间的转换过程和它们的数据结构;借助于工作流技术,建立面向产品全生命周期的xBOM视图转换模型。 2) 针对不同部门对BOM的需求,提出基于工作流平台xBOM系统的总体结构;对xBOM容器子系统提出完整的解决方案,这是整个系统的业务逻辑核心;将工作流作为一个插件嵌入到xBOM系统中,作为xBOM内部的工作流控制工具。 3) 讨论BOM在系统集成中的应用,指出xBOM是PDM和ERP系统集成的主要信息,是PDM和ERP系统的重要组成部分,也是PDM和ERP两大信息平台的交汇点。通过单一产品数据源建立产品数据统一的逻辑联系,进而提出了面向产品全生命周期的xBOM在PDM系统中的集成框架。
【Abstract】 In the product design and the manufacture process of the manufacturing industry, the bill of material of the product is a construction for describing assemble, among them including all assembles, accessories, original materials, and the quantity of the materials which making assembles need, In the design of the product and the manufacture process, the BOM plays a role of the core data, it is the information bridge to link the product design and the manufacture process, is the gist which enterprise engineering design section with craft section to proceed the CAD/ CAPP, which production control section implement MES/ MRPII/ ERP, and which manufacturing section carry out CAM.Based on the a great deal of former work productions and supported by the National High-Technology Development Program (863) of whole solving schema of xBOM oriented the product whole life cycle and its software supporting system, this paper has anglicized the practical demands of the BOM in enterprises and made scientific research as follows:1) Oriented to product basic data management, a new concept named xBOM is brought forward and extended to the product life cycle. This paper studies on the transition and data structures of many BOM views. How to modeling the BOM views transform using WorkFlow technology is also studied.2) The holistic structure of xBOM based on wokflow platform is brought forward according to demands of different departments. The whole solving schema for xBOM container sub-system that is the logic core of system is also put forward. The workflow is embedded in xBOM system as a plug-in set to be a tool to manage the workflow convert in xBOM.3) This paper discusses the application of BOM in system integration, pointing out that xBOM is the main information in the system integration and the important construction of the PDM and ERP system. It also establishes the uniform logic relation of the production data by SSPD, and after that puts forward the integrated framework which xBOM oriented the product whole life cycle is in PDM system.
