液货船货油装卸系统仿真及软件开发
The Simulation and Software Development of Liquid Cargo Carrier’s Cargo Handling System

【摘要】 本文针对45000DWT成品油船研究货油装卸系统仿真,设计开发货油装卸系统仿真软件。 货油装卸系统是一个复杂、庞大的系统,其由许多保护子系统和安全子系统构成,如货油装卸系统、惰气保护系统、液位测量系统,高位及高高位报警系统等。由于货油装卸系统的相关子系统众多,各子系统之间的逻辑关系复杂,且目前还没有达到微机参与管理的集中自动控制的程度,所以研究货油装卸系统仿真是对货油装卸系统自动化、智能化的探索,通过计算机编程将装卸、惰气、液位、蝶阀、油气和装载计算等子系统集成一体,形成单一综合操作系统,并实现系统连锁、自锁和防止误操作,由微机自动采集装卸作业过程的各有关参数(液面高度、惰气含氧量、温度和压力等),经过智能模块分析判断后,由相应的执行单元自动完成操作(故障处理与报警等应急措施),并在货油装卸过程中根据采集到的有关参数实时计算并监控船体所受的应力、应变和浮态等,用此指导货油装卸操作过程。可见,货油装卸系统仿真软件的研究,对于提高液货船装卸油自动化和智能化方面有着重要的意义。本文主要研究内容包括以下几点: 1.阐述分析了“系统”、“模型”和“仿真”的概念,以及三者之间的关系,论述了仿真的分类,系统仿真的意义和一般研究步骤。 2.针对45000DWT成品油轮的货油装卸系统,分析了货油装卸系统及相关系统的功能模型和工作原理。 3.研究并建立了货油装卸系统及相关子系统各控制单元的数学模型,包括货油泵、货油阀的模型,货油舱的模型,以及系统信号采集、故障树检测模型,船舶的浮态和总纵强度模型。基于TCP/IP协议建立了货油装卸系统分布式与服务器/客户端的混合网络应用模型,将系统分解成监控服务器、装载服务器和控制仿真客户端三个组成部分。 4.用现代软件工程方法的面向对象技术、模块化设计方法、UML工具等对货油装卸及相关系统的数学模型进行分析、整理,建立货油装卸自动化仿真系统的OOP软件模型。 5.借助VB6.0集成编程环境,开发了货油装卸自动化仿真软件的图形用户界面,开发并调试完成了系统的全部功能模块。所开发的系统能够完成多种货油装卸方案作业的自动化仿真和货油装卸操作的控制仿真,实现了系统的故障检测,故障报警、自锁、互锁和防止误操作等功能,并且能够进行船舶在货油装卸操作过程中的浮态和总纵强度的实时仿真和监测。
【Abstract】 The task of this paper is to do research on the simulation of liquid cargo carrier’s cargo handling system modeled on 45000DWT oil product carrier, and develop the simulation software.The cargo handling system of liquid cargo carrier is a large and complex system, it includes a lot of sub-systems to ensure security during all phases of cargo handing operations, such as loading/unloading system, inert gas system, tank depth measurement system, high/high-level alarming system etc. Due to the complicated relationship of cargo handling systems, the control of cargo handling are mainly classified to two modes, one is to control on the spot, the other is in the console cabinet. The simulation of liquid cargo carrier’s cargo handling system is attempt to do some research in cargo handling system’s automatization and intelligence, it integrates loading/unloading system, inert gas system, valve, oil gas system and ship condition calculation by computer programming, accomplishes interlock and self lock in the system, avoids misoperation. The system condition parameters are automatically collected and analyzed to provide relevant instruction, and also the ship’s floating condition and strength condition are calculated to inspect ship status at real time. It is obvious that the simulation of cargo handling system and software development are of great value. Here are some things done in the paper:1. The definitions and relationship of system, model and simulation are described, then system simulation is classified in different way, the significance and common process of system simulation are also given.2. Base on 45000DWT oil product carrier’s cargo handling system, the principle of cargo handling system is studied and analyzed.3. The mathematic model of cargo handling system is created, including the models of cargo pump system, cargo tank, cargo valve, system information collection, system failure detecting, ship floating condition and ship strength condition etc. With the TCP/IP protocol the distributed network model of cargo handling system is developed.4. By the modern software design method, such as OOP,UML and so on, the model of cargo handling system is analyzed and the software model is built5. In the IDE of VB6.0, the software’s graphic interface is designed, and also the kernel of software is developed. Many cargo handling plans in automatic mode and manual mode can be implemented, and the functions of system failure detecting, system interlock and self lock, misoperation avoidance, real time calculation of ship condition and so forth are accomplished.
