石屑代砂沥青混凝土性能试验研究

【摘要】 沥青路面具有路用性能良好、前期投资费用较低等优点,占国内已建等级公路里程80%以上。在普通沥青混凝土集料中,细集料占50%左右。目前,天然砂、石屑及机制砂是细集料的三种主要材料,其中机制砂成本明显偏高,天然砂作为重要的建筑材料,其资源正在不断减少,而在石料加工过程中产生的大量石屑却较少利用。石屑棱角多、表面粗糙,在沥青混凝土中更易与粗集料形成嵌挤而产生内摩阻力,能提高沥青混凝土的稳定性。由于诸多原因,我国公路沥青路面施工技术规范给出了石屑在高等级路面细集料中的用量不大于砂的用量的限定。 本文旨在探索大比例石屑代砂的可能性。将石屑代砂50%、75%、90%三种替代比例用于公路路面面层中常用的AC-16 Ⅰ型密级配沥青混凝土,并对其路用性能进行了试验研究,包括对最佳沥青用量、空隙率、马歇尔稳定度、动稳定度、残留稳定度、低温劈裂抗拉强度及低温劲度模量等参数的分析研究。 试验结果表明,大比例石屑代砂沥青混凝土的路用性能良好,规定参数指标均满足规范要求。经过比较分析得出,当石屑代砂75%时沥青混凝土的综合性能更为合适,是较理想的替代比例。
【Abstract】 With its good performance and low investment, flexible pavement has been used in countrywide grade highway more than 80%. Among the aggregates of common asphalt mixture, the content of fine aggregate involving mainly natural sand, stone chips and artificial sand is about 50%. In which, the cost of artificial sand is too high. For the natural sand, as important construction material, its resource is reducing constantly. Whereas, a large number of stone chips produced during the process of building broken stone are utilized rarely. The stability of the asphalt concrete can be improved through the interlock between the stone chips and coarse aggregate forming rubs obstruction in asphalt concrete. Because of some reasons, the content of stone chips among the fine aggregate in high grade pavement is not more than that of sand which is recommended in the specification for construction of highway asphalt pavement.Feasibility using large proportion stone chips instead of sand will be investigated in this thesis. Based on indoor test, the performance of the asphalt concrete of Model AC-161 dense-graded aggregate usually used in road pavement is studied, in which, three types of proportion of stone chips instead of sand at 50%, 75%, 90% were used. Analyzed parameters are optimum asphalt content, the voids, Marshall stability, dynamic stability, residual stability, low temperature splitting tensile strength and low temperature stiffness modulus etc.The results of test showed that pavement performance of the asphalt concrete using large proportion stone chips instead of sand is good, and the above necessary parameters meet the requiement of the specification. By contrast and analysis, the all-around performance of asphalt concrete using 75% stone chips instead of sand is more suitable, and 75% is a more perfect proportion.
