【摘要】 基于GPRS和Internet的分布式数据监测系统是集现代无线通信技术、信号采集技术以及计算机网络技术为一体的现代监测系统。现代监测系统的含义已不仅局限于工业领域中单一的、独立的仪器仪表的测量。网络化已经成为测量技术与仪器发展的新趋势。 本文展现了一种现代监测系统的思想,并给出整个系统实施的具体方案。文中详细给出了监测现场智能仪表的设计和编程方法,工业数据的无线上传以及给用户提供Web服务的工业网站的具体实现流程。从而实现了工业现场数据实时上网,监测人员在任何时间、任何能接入Internet的地点都可以浏览到现场数据。 整个系统由两大部分组成:现场测量模块软硬件设计和上位机系统软件设计。现场测量模块部分主要是围绕着采集集中器的软硬件设计及用AT指令集操作GPRS MODEM建立GPRS无线链路。上位机系统软件设计包括两部分软件:数据中转服务器软件和工业网站的设计。这两部分软件分别安装在主服务器和Web服务器上。数据中转服务器由JAVA语言编写,为用户提供了一个友好的人机交互界面,其功能主要包括:接收数据、发送指令、远程设置、解析接收到的数据和自动导入数据库等。工业网站安装在Web服务器上,为用户提供WWW服务,是由JSP编写的应用程序。用户可以通过访问工业网站实时地得到工业现场数据,并且网站提供多种数据访问方式如:表格、曲线、站点工艺流程图等,除此之外网站对用户实行分级管理,即不同级别的用户具有不同的访问权限。 基于上述内容的研究与实现,本文开发的基于GPRS和Internet的分布式数据监测系统能够满足现代分布式监测系统的需要,从而对今后同类系统的设计、开发和实现有一定的指导意义和参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Distributed data monitoring system based on GPRS and Internet is a modern monitoring system which integrates modern wireless communication technology, the signal gathering technology and computer network technology.The modern monitoring system is not only consisted of independent instrument and apparatus.The network has become a new trend in the development of the measurement technology.In this paper a modern monitoring system is described and implementing schemes for the whole system is presented.The paper discusses the design method of the on-the-spot intelligence instrument and the realization of industrial websites. With the implementation of real-time online monitoring network, users can browse the on-the-spot data in any place.The whole system is made up of two major parts.That is, the design of the software and hardware of the measurement module, the software design of the upper computer system.The part of measurement module focuses on the software and hardware design of gathering concentrator which manipulates GPRS modem to set up wireless line with AT orders.The software design of upper computer includes two parts which are the data transfer server software and the design of industrial websites. These two parts of software are installed on the main server and web server separately. The data transfer server which is implemented with java language can offers a friendly human-machine interface for users.Server provides a set of functions, receiving the data, sending the order, long-distance setup, analyzing the data received and importing into the database etc.Industrial websites which is implemented with JSP are installed on web server, which enable the users to access to industrial websites. It offers many kinds way to data, such as the form, the curve, the technics flow chart of site etc.Based on the research mentioned above, the distributed data monitoring system based on GPRS and Internet can meet the demand of modern distributed monitoring system, and it also can offer a reference for the development and realization of the similar systems in the future.更多还原
