舰船减振浮筏动力特性研究

【摘要】 舰船的减振降噪在隔振理论和实践研究中始终占有举足轻重的地位。由动力机械引起的舰船结构振动问题一直是工程界研究的重点之一。随着科学技术的发展,人们对隔振系统的隔振性能提出了更高、更严格的要求,传统的双层隔振在一定程度上已无法满足。近年发展起来的浮筏隔振系统便是针对舰船动力机械实施噪声与振动隔离的有效工具。 论文首先介绍了选题的背景以及国内外的研究概况和发展趋势。然后从振动控制的基本理论入手,对隔振技术的一些基本问题进行了分析计算,并就论文中使用到的北京东方振动和噪声技术研究所的ZJY—601型振动教学实验系统做了简要的介绍;论文接着阐述了隔振设计的原理和步骤,介绍了隔振器的设计和选用原则、常用隔振器的类型与特征以及常见的安装和计算载荷的方法,并通过主动隔振实验,对理论结算的结果进行验证;论文的第三部分对浮筏装置的隔振问题进行研究,完成了浮筏系统力学模型的建立和运动微分方程的推导,并以降低系统结构振动的隔振传递率为目标,对简谐激励作用下浮筏系统的振动特性进行了分析。通过系统主要结构参数的优化,探讨了实现良好隔振特性的途径,并通过理论和实验两方面的研究与对比,得到了有工程价值的若干结论,这一部分是论文的工作重点;论文的最后以自行设计的舰船模型为算例,利用ANSYS软件的有限元分析以及实验手段,对安装在船模上的浮筏系统的隔振特性进行了研究。

【Abstract】 To control the vibration and noise in ship is always playing the important role in the theoretic and practical research of vibration isolation. The ship structural oscillatory issue arose from the dynamical mechanics is the emphases of the engineering research all the while. With the development of technology, the higher and stricter requests on the capability of the vibration isolation system are brought forward. To some extent, the traditional double-stage vibration isolation instrument can hardly meet the expectations. The floating raft oscillation isolation system developed in recent years is an effective instrument to ship dynamical mechanics to implement the isolation of noise and vibration.First of all, based on the review of investigative progress, the significance of the thesis is presented. And then, starting with the fundamental theory, several basic problems of vibration isolation are analyzed and calculated. Meanwhile, a vibration teaching experiment system named with ZJY-601 produced by China Orient Institute of Noise & Vibration is introduced briefly. In succession, the theory and steps of vibration isolation design are recommended, the devise and select principle, the classification and properties, as well as the installation and loads counting are introduced. And an active vibration isolation experiment is given to validate the theoretic result. Afterwards, the vibration isolation issue of floating raft system is studied, the mechanical model of floating raft is founded, the differential equation is deduced. Moreover, aiming at reducing the isolation transmission of the systemic structure oscillation, in terms of the functional parameters of isolators, the dynamical properties of floating raft system acted by oscillator is analyzed. By the optimization of dominating structural parameters, the approach achieving good vibration isolation features is discussed. So that a series of conclusions valuable in engineering are derived by the studies and contrasts of both theory and experiment, this part is the emphases of the thesis. Finally, a ship model equipped with a floating raft is designed. The finite element analysis is carried out with ANSYS software plus the experiment, the performance of vibration isolation system equipped with the floating raft installation is investigated.
