模糊稳健优化设计理论及其应用的研究

【摘要】 21世纪世界的一个巨大变革就是形成一个统一的全球市场,任何国家和企业都必须在这个全球市场的竞争中求得生存。科技的日新月异,使得价格不再成为企业竞争的主要因素,质量竞争成为市场竞争的主要形式。稳健设计的目的就是要设计生产出物美价廉的产品,为此,稳健设计的方法一经提出便引起了世界各工业发达国家的重视。近年来的实践证明,引入稳健性经营策略的企业,都取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。 作者对物理规划的理论进行了较为深入的研究,在课题的进行中与该领域的权威学者进行了大量交流,在国内率先将物理规划方法与稳健设计理论相结合。在传统稳健设计和优化设计理论的基础上,同时考虑影响产品质量因素的模糊性和随机性,提出了基于物理规划的模糊稳健优化设计模型,并将其应用于齿轮传动尺寸链和曲柄滑块机构的稳健优化设计中,取得了更可靠的结果。 论文第一章介绍了稳健设计研究的意义以及发展概况,第二章详细阐述了稳健设计的基本理论和多目标优化及物理规划的基础知识,第三章提出了基于物理规划的模糊稳健优化设计模型,第四章将物理规划方法应用于灵敏度分析法中,并用于求解摆动活齿减速器的多目标模糊稳健优化设计问题,取得了较好的结果。第五章总结全文,并对该课题的发展趋势进行了展望。 计算机和CAD技术的发展,使得基于工程模型的稳健优化设计方法成为稳健设计的主流。本课题的开展对于稳健优化设计理论的研究和推动我国机械产业的发展有着重要的意义。

【Abstract】 A huge innovation of the 21st century is that the world has been a uniform global market in which any nation and enterprise must survive. With the development of science and technology, instead of price, quality has become the main form of the market competition. The robust design is to meet the product demands for high performance, low cost and high noise resistance. So many industrial countries emphasize on it in recent years. Practice has shown that good economic profits and social benefits have been achieved in the enterprises in which the robust design is considered during the product design. Therefore, the research of the robust design is very important.The author is one of the first research groups researching on robust design based on Physical Programming outside of America. After researched the fundamental theories and the effectiveness of Physical Programming, the author followed the research work of the leading researchers in this area and learned a lot from the discussions with them. The author believes that Physical Programming is quite valuable in both theory and practical applications, and further researches and wider applications are needed.Firstly, the paper presents the significance and development of the robust design in brief. Then the paper presents the theory of traditional robust optimal design and the theory of multiobjective optimization design especially physical programming in detail in the following section. In Section 3, a new model named fuzzy robust design optimization based on physical programming is proposed and two examples to illustrate its rationality are given. Then in Section 4, the physical programming was applied to robust design based on sensitivity analysis and an example about swing movable teeth reducer’s robust design is presented to demonstrate the advantages of the proposed method. The final section concludes the whole paper and proposes the further research work.With the quick development of computer and CAD technology, the robust design based on engineering model has been the mainstream gradually in the field. The research of the paper issignificant not only in the development of the theory of robust design but also in the progress of our country’s mechanical industry.
