柴油机实现低温火焰预混合燃烧的试验研究

【摘要】 节约能源和保护环境是当今世界面临的两大重要课题。柴油机燃烧技术的研究和代用燃料的应用是解决能源和环境问题的重要措施,目前已得到各国的广泛重视。 作者在对传统柴油机燃烧方式进行深入研究的基础上,对均质预混合(HCCI)、调谐动力(MK)等新型燃烧方式进行了分析,提出了以随机掺水燃烧代替废气再循环(EGR)的低温预混合燃烧思想。作者研制了一套在线乳化设备,并对柴油机的供油系统和燃烧系统作了改进,在一台1135型柴油机上对该新燃烧方式进行了试验研究。 本文对柴油机实现低温火焰预混合燃烧的理论进行了阐述,分析了不同压缩比、不同喷油定时及不同燃料对柴油机燃烧温度和油耗、排放的影响;对掺水燃烧、代用燃料和实现低温预混合燃烧的燃烧特性进行了分析。研究结果表明:采用燃油分段喷射技术,结合燃料改质方法,可以控制着火时刻,降低最高燃烧压力,控制燃烧速度,实现近似等压燃烧,使柴油机的经济性显著提高,同时大幅度降低了柴油的NOx和碳烟的排放。
【Abstract】 At present, energy saving and environment protection are two important projects in world engineering field. As one of the most effective solutions on energy and environment problems, new diesel combustion technology invited increasingly attention from engineering field.Based on the research of conventional diesel combustion and the analysis of diesel HCCI combustion, this thesis presents a new diesel combustion concept - diesel low temperature premixed combustion. In this kind of combustion, water emulsification was used to substitute EGR, which is widely applied to decrease combustion temperature and reduce NOx emission. An online emulsification apparatus was developed to provide emulsified fuel to diesel. With modification on fuel supply system and combustion system, the author studied the combustion characteristics of the new combustion on 1135 type single cylinder test engine.This thesis analyzed the effect of compression ratio, start of fuel injection and fuel property on diesel combustion temperature, fuel consumption and emission. The application of emulsified fuel and substitute fuel on diesel low temperature premixed combustion was studied. The results of the experiment show that with the application of pilot fuel injection and fuel property modification, the start of combustion was controlled, the maximum cylinder pressure was decreased, and the approximate equivalent pressure combustion was realized; fuel economy of the test engine was much improved, meanwhile NOx and PM emissions were decreased to a great extent.
