异步电机直接转矩控制研究与系统开发

【摘要】 异步电机直接转矩控制技术是继矢量控制技术之后,迅速发展起来的一种新型的高性能的交流调速传动的控制技术。该控制方法思想新颖,控制结构简单,控制手段直接,是一种具有良好的静态与动态性能的交流调速方法,已成为交流调速传动中的一个研究热点,并在一些场合得到成功应用。 本文详细研究了异步电动机的数学模型,在研究了传统的直接转矩控制系统的基础上,提出一种新型的定子磁链和转矩控制器,采用新型的电压矢量选择表代替传统的电压矢量选择表;无速度传感器交流传动技术是目前较为热点的研究方向之一,这主要是因为安装速度传感器不但增加了控制系统的成本,而且降低了系统的可靠性。本文探讨几种主要转速估算方法之后,构造了自适应磁链观测器,并着重分析了基于自适应磁链观测器的转速估算方法,为了较好地验证所设计的异步电动机直接转矩控制系统的可行性,通过灵活运用MATLAB这一功能强大仿真软件建立了直接转矩控制仿真系统,对直接转矩控制方法的特点及其存在的问题进行了深入的理论与仿真分析研究。 在电机数字化控制中,本文采用TI公司生产的专门用于电机控制的数字信号控制芯片DSP(TMS320LF2407A)作为控制系统核心处理芯片,采用智能功率模块作为系统的功率开关元件开发控制系统的硬件结构,并基于DSP的汇编语言进行软件设计,对直接转矩控制系统进行实验研究。 仿真和实验结果表明,本文的提出的控制方法能取得较好的控制效果,由于采用了集成度高的控制元件,具有较好的抗干扰的性能,简化了控制系统的硬件结构设计,同时提高了系统整体可靠性。

【Abstract】 Following the Vector Control(VC) technique, Direct Torque Control (DTC) of asynchronous motor, which has been developed rapidly in the recent decades, is a new and high-powered AC driving control technique. The idea of DTC is novel, the structure is simple, and the control method of DTC is direct. DTC is an excellent AC driving control technique, which has high static and dynamic performance and has been successfully applied in many occasions up to now.The mathematical model of asynchronous motor is researched thoroughly in this paper. On the basis of the study of the traditional DTC, a new stator flux and torque controller is proposed, and the traditional voltage vector selection table is replaced by a new selection table. Speed sensorless AC driving control technique is an important trend of modem AC drives now, because the system with speed sensor costs more and the reliability is weakened. This thesis has discussed several primary algorithm of speed estimation, constructed an adaptive stator flux observer and emphasized on the algoritlim of speed estimation based on the adaptive stator flux observer. In order to demonstrate the feasibility of the asynchronous motor’s DTC system, a complicated simulation control system of DTC is designed based on MATLAB; Moreover, the characteristics of the DTC and the existing problems are analyzed in detail.In addition, DSP (TMS320LF2407A) of TI Corporation is used as the core-processing chip of the digital control system, and Intelligent Power Module (IPM) is used as the power switch component. The hardware structure of the system is developed based on DSP and IPM, and the software design is based on DSP compiling language, the experiment of DTC system is earned out.The results of the simulation and experiment show that the control methods described in this thesis can achieve good control performance. Because the high-integrated components are used, the hardware structure of the system has been greatly simplified, the anti-jamming performance and the reliability of the system has been improved.
