【摘要】 本文介绍了喷墨打印技术的分类,其中重点介绍了压电式喷墨技术及其原理;分析了彩喷墨水对打印效果的影响及其在打印技术中所占的重要地位;概述了彩喷墨水的基本组成成分及其作用和合格的彩喷墨水所需要的各项性能指标,并对市售某一品牌墨水的一些性能进行了测试。然后,在对墨水配方与粘度、表面张力等性能指标的关系进行研究的基础上,筛选出了一套最佳的并适合于压电式彩色喷墨打印机(EPSON STYLUS C43) 用的四色墨水配方,测定了一系列的物理化学性能指标以及自配墨水与某一品牌的市售墨水之间的兼容性。进而将自配墨水上机打印,测试了墨水的各项打印性能与打印效果。最后进行了两项研究性的实验:测试了墨水的粘度和表面张力对墨水打印性能的影响以及环境条件(温度)对墨水打印性能的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Firstly, all kinds of technology of ink-jet printing are introduced concisely, and the principle of piezo colour ink-jet printing is analyzed mainly. Colour ink-jet printing ink s influence on the printing performance and the ponderance of ink-jet ink in the technology of ink-jet printing are explained. The basic ink composition and. theirs effects are analyzed. The basic varied performances of eligible ink-jet ink are presented. A few of the performances of the purchased ink are tested.Then, a set of ink which are the best and fit for the piezo colour ink-jet are developed based on the research on the relation of the ink composition and the inks viscosity and surface tension. And the compatibility between the DIY ink and the purchased ink is tested.The DIY ink is filled into the cartridge which is used to printing text file and image. The diversified printing performances of the DIY ink are tested. And the influence of ink’s viscosity and surface tension on the printing performance is tested. Lastly, the environmental condition s influence on the ink s printing performance is tested.更多还原
