环氧砂浆大面积应用的研究

【摘要】 我国水利工程中有大量混凝土建筑物,由于各种原因存在老化病害,冲刷磨损等破坏现象,影响水利枢纽的生产效益及安全运行,必须采用性能优越的材料及合理的施工手段来对建筑物的损伤部位进行修复。 本文通过混凝土工程损伤修补实例介绍及环氧砂浆修补的良好效果,指出环氧砂浆在水利工程修补和抗冲磨结构应用中拥有广阔的前景。由于环氧砂浆的原材料市场的发展,针对不同的工程需要,可以开发出相应的材料配方。 目前环氧砂浆大面积应用出现的主要破坏现象为老化,开裂,脱空等。弹性环氧砂浆在抗开裂和抗脱空方面拥有优势,可替代现有的环氧砂浆,特别实在露天环境中。而且通过配方的调节和施工工艺的改进,将在更多类型的修补工程和抗冲磨结构中发挥作用,拥有广阔的市场前景。 新安江的普通环氧砂浆层经过了40年的运行,其破坏过程和现象在环氧砂浆的破坏中具有代表性。文章通过新安江环氧砂浆应用状况的调查结果结合薄层结构模型分析普通环氧砂浆的破坏过程和影响因素,并从极限变形的角度指出了弹性环氧砂浆在材料性能方面的优势。 为检验弹性环氧砂浆在大面积应用中的实际情况,在溢流坝面进行了施工试验。在前两次试验中发现了许多工程问题,通过现场调查和试验分析,找了问题根源,并在第三次现场试验中获得成功。 本文的创新处在于通过现场资料并结合薄层结构及材料的极限变形来分析环氧砂浆裂缝的产生和发展过程,讨论裂缝产生的影响因素,指出弹性环氧砂浆的应用优势。同时通过试验和观察找出弹性砂浆施工试验中出现的问题,找到问题的根源,并通过调整材料和施工手段解决了问题。

【Abstract】 There are a large number of concrete buildings in the irrigation works of our country. For various kinds of reasons, they have the destruction phenomenon, for example, aging disease, erode and wear etc, which influence the productivity effect and safe operation of the key irrigation works. The damage positions must adopt performance superior material and reasonable construction in building repair.This paper has introduced good repair result of the epoxy mortar through the instance of mending the damaged concrete project, and pointed out that the epoxy mortar has wide prospects of mending irrigation works and resisting structure eroded. Because of the development of the raw materials market, the various kinds of epoxy mortar can be developed according to different project demands.At present, the main destruction phenomenons that epoxy mortar used in a large scale include aging, crazing, disengaging etc. The elasticity epoxy mortar has advantage in resisting crazing and disengaging and can substitute the existing epoxy, especially in open-air environment. Though adjusting proportion of material and improving construction craft, it could be applied in various kinds of project mended and the structure resisting eroded, so it has wide prospects.The ordinary epoxy mortar layer of Xin’anjiang has operated for 40 years. Its course and phenomenon are representative in destruction of the epoxy mortar. The paper combined investigation result of the state of epoxy mortar in Xin’anjiang with structure model of thin layer to analyze the course of destruction and influence factors, and pointed out the advantage of the elasticity epoxy mortar, which have superiormaterial performance.In order to test the actual state of using the elasticity epoxy mortar in a large scale, the construction test was operated on the surface of the flooding dam. Some construction questions had been detected in the two former tests. According to the result of the locale investigation and experiments, origin of the problem is found. Then the third test succeed.The innovation of the paper exists in combining investigation result of the state of epoxy mortar of Xin’anjiang with structure model of thin layer and ultimate deformation of material to analyze production and evolution of the crack of the epoxy mortar and to discuss influence factor that the crack produces, and pointing out the using advantage of the elasticity epoxy mortar. At the same time, the construction questions of the elasticity epoxy mortar are detected through observation and experiments and the origin of the questions have been found. The questions are solved by adjusting material and the way of construction.
