虚拟装配理论的研究

【摘要】 虚拟制造技术是最近十来年才提出的一个概念,随着计算机软硬件的发展,虚拟制造、虚拟环境、虚拟装配等相关技术都发展得很快。虚拟装配技术主要有:虚拟装配建模,虚拟装配规划和虚拟装配评估三部分组成。而虚拟装配规划是虚拟装配研究的关键内容之一,它是在装配建模和装配序列规划的基础上,充分利用装配信息进行路径分析和求解运算,判断并生成一条合理的装配路径,从而达到最优化设计的效果。对虚拟装配技术的发展最终要达到的目标是:实现装配的自动化、模块化、集成化。本论文在现有的虚拟装配理论和应用技术的基础上,对虚拟装配理论及其部分关键技术做了进一步的分析和研究,并结合实际进行了一定程度的发展,使虚拟装配技术的研究和应用跟上先进制造技术发展的步伐,从而形成一套完整的虚拟制造理论体系,真正实现机械设计制造的自动化。本课题针对虚拟装配序列提出了一种新的研究方法,首先用Solid Works进行虚拟装配建模,对江阳化工厂闸门及拉车系统的关键零部件――载模小车进行了三维实体建模,并结合具体的虚拟装配理论,在Solid Works环境下对零部件进行了虚拟装配;然后用VC++对装配序列进行生成和优化。基于Solid Works的虚拟装配的研究将会使得虚拟制造技术更加广泛的应用到实践中,降低研究和应用的成本,提高装配的质量,缩短产品开发的周期,产生最大的经济效益,还为虚拟装配技术的研究提供了一个新的思路,使得虚拟装配技术的研究更趋多元化。
【Abstract】 The conception of Virtual Manufacture Technology has advanced in recently ten years. Along with the developing of computer’s software and hardware, Virtual Manufacture, Virtual Environment, Virtual Assembly and the relative technology grow up very quickly. Virtual Assembly Technology is made up of three portions, which are Virtual Assembly Modeling, Virtual Assembly programming and Virtual Assembly evaluation. Virtual Assembly programming is the key ingredient of Virtual Assembly Technology, which bases on the Virtual Assembly Modeling and makes the most of Assembly information to analysis and revolute the route, judge and create a reasonable assembly route. As a result the design is becoming the optimization effect. The finally purpose of developing Virtual Assembly Technology is to realize the autoimmunization, modularization and integration of assembly.Be based on the theory of Virtual Assembly and its application technology, this paper makes further analysis and study on theory of Virtual Assembly and its key technology. The study that associates with reality has developed by all means degree, which makes the study and application of the theory of Virtual Assembly keep up with the development pace of advanced technique of manufacture. Accordingly the system of the theory of Virtual Manufacture comes into integrative, in deed the engine design and manufacture of engine truly achieves automated.This topic brings forward a new research technique against Virtual Assembly Programming. At first Solid Works is used to carry through Virtual Assembly Modeling. That is modeling of three-dimensional solid mass, carry dolly, which is the important parts of the system of strobe and draw vehicle in Jiangyang chemical plant. Secondly, the parts of carry dolly are assembled in Solid Works <WP=7>which combines with the material theory of Virtual Assembly. Finally, VC++ is used to create and optimize the Assembly list.The study of Virtual Assembly be based on Solid Works will make the application of Virtual Manufacture Technology further broad in practice. This way reduces the cost of study and application, advances the quality of assembly, shortens the period of product development, brings the ultimate benefit, provides a new consider to the study of Virtual Assembly Technology. At the same time, the study of Virtual Assembly Technology tends towards multivariant yet.
