Al2O3/Cu表面复合层制备工艺及性能研究

【摘要】 本文采用包埋法纯铜渗铝-内氧化工艺制备A12O3/Cu表面复合层,考察了渗剂中铝含量对表面渗层中铝含量分布的影响,并对采用不同工艺参数条件下获得的A12O3/Cu表面复合层的显微组织和性能进行了相关研究。结果表明采用该法获得的A12O3/Cu表面复合层组织均匀,细小的A12O3粒子弥散分布在铜基体上。并且在性能方面与纯铜相比,A12O3/Cu表面复合层的电导率和热导率降低不大,而其相对耐磨性和显微硬度均有较大提高。本文还对纯铜表面纳米化预处理后的包埋法渗铝以及膏剂法渗铝进行了探讨,结果表明采用纳米化预处理后能明显降低渗铝温度、增大渗层深度及其中的铝含量。
【Abstract】 A12O3/Cu composites layer is prepared through internal oxidation of aluminized copper by investment. Influence of the aluminum in aluminizing agents on the aluminum distribution in the copper surface is discussed, the microstructure and properties of Al2O3/Cu composites layer under different technical parameter are studied. The results show that the microstructure of Al2O3/Cu composites layer obtained by this method is homogeneous and the copper matrix is dispersed with fine Al2O3 particles, the electric conductivity and thermal conductivity of Al2O3/Cu composites are reduced little while the wear resistance and micro-hardness are improved greatly. The investment aluminized after surface nano-crystallization of copper and electuary aluminized copper are also discussed in this paper. The results indicate that the aluminized temperature is decreased, the depth and aluminum content of aluminized layer increased after surface nano-crystallization of copper.
