采煤机参数对尘肺病及安全的影响研究

【摘要】 通过对尘肺病的患病机理和粉尘爆炸机理的研究,并以尘肺病患病机理和粉尘爆炸机理及截割粉尘的产生机理为理论依据,大量的实验数据和现场采集的数据为条件,利用线性回归的方法建立了采煤机参数和尘肺病患病率的关系,以及采煤机参数和粉尘爆炸率的关系。利用此关系可以为设计新型、环保型、安全型的采煤机提供理论依据,也可以对改造现有的采煤机进行评价,并且预测采煤机在工作时对尘肺病及粉尘爆炸的影响。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the sick mechanism to pneumoconiosis and the coal dust explosion mechanism, and takes the sick mechanism to pneumoconiosis and the coal dust explosion mechanism and the cutting dust production mechanism as the theory basis, the massive experimental datum and the scene gathering data is a condition, has established the shearer parameter and the pneumoconiosis sickness getting sick rate relations using the linear return method, as well as shearer parameter and working surface dust explosion rate relations. Using this relations may be for the design new, the environmental protection, the safe shearer provide the theory basis, also may be to transform the existing coal mining machine to carry on the appraisal, and forecasts the effect to pneumoconiosis and coal dust explosion when the shearer is working.
