面向移动环境的时空数据挖掘研究

【摘要】 随着移动通信、移动商务、移动互联网、移动定位服务的迅速发展和广泛应用,产生了海量的包含移动对象时空信息的数据。这些数据构成了复杂的时空对象和关系,同时这些数据中隐藏着丰富的信息,具有巨大的潜在应用价值。人们希望能够对其进行更高层次的分析,以便更好地利用这些数据。数据挖掘技术就是为迎合这种要求而产生并迅速发展起来的,它为研究现代信息处理提供了一种新的方法和研究领域。本文主要研究面向城市智能交通系统数据分析的时空数据挖掘问题。并尝试新的交通流量多维数据模型,利用数据挖掘经典算法实现一些关于交通流量监测数据的空间、时间数据挖掘以及时空数据任务。通过介绍时空数据挖掘的研究现状及发展,阐述了面向移动环境的时空数据模型的建立方法,给出时空数据库的时空数据查询。根据时空数据挖掘方法和过程,得出时空数据关联规则挖掘,最后对研究中存在的问题提出了解决策略,对全文做出结论并提出下一步的研究方向。

【Abstract】 With rapid development and extensive application of mobile communication, move commercial affair, moving Internet, moving service of orientating; produce to be it move target datum, spatio-temporal of information to include magnanimity. These data form complicated spatio-temporal target and relation; abundant information is being hidden in these data at the same time, and has potential enormous using value. People hope to carry on more high-level analysis to it, in order to utilize these data better. Data mining technology for cater to the demand produce and develop rapidly; it has offered a kind of new method and research field for studying modern information processing.This text main research faces city Intellectual Traffic System’s data analysis of spatio-temporal data mining. And try the new multidimensional data model of flow of traffic, make use of data mining classical algorithm realize some concerning traffic flow spatio data mining and temporal data mining and spatio-temporal data mining of monitoring data. According to introduces spatio-temporal data mining research current situation and development, expatiate foundation method of spatio-temporal data model in the mobile world, bring forward of spatio-temporal data inquiry about spatio-temporal database, set forth the method and course of spatio-temporal data mining, provide spatio-temporal data association rule study. The lasted propose solving tactics to problem that exist in studying, draws a conclusion of this thesis and plans the future researching works.
