矿用扁平接链环的优化设计及疲劳寿命研究

【摘要】 随着圆环链强度的提高,作为连接元件的接链环成了矿用牵引链的薄弱环节,因此研究接链环的强度是非常必要的。本文以φ30×108规格的梯齿形扁平接链环为例,首先,在考虑接触非线性的情况下,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行了参数化建模、三维静态有限元分析、结构参数优化,然后用疲劳分析专用软件MSC/Fatigue对优化前后接链环的寿命分布进行了估算,最后对接链环进行了静、动态电测实验,验证了基于有限元法的仿真分析的可行性。
【Abstract】 With the improvement of the intensity of round ring, as the connecting component, connector units become the weak link of traction chain, so it is very essential to study the intensity of connector units. This paper takes the specificationφ30×108 of the ladder flat type connector units for an example. Firstly, in the case of considering non-linear contact, use the finite element analysis software ANSYS to carry on building model parametrically, three-dimensional finite element analysis and optimizing structure parameters. Then predict the fatigue life distribution of connector units before and after optimizing with MSC/Fatigue, the special-purpose software of fatigue analysis. Finally, the static and dynamic experiment is done to verify the feasibility of the emulation based on law of finite element.
