泡沫铝夹芯结构汽车保险杠的研究及结构优化

【摘要】 现有的空心金属圆管汽车保险杠虽然强度和刚度高,但吸能性差;泡沫铝的强度和刚度虽不高,但吸能性好。因此本文考虑把这两种结构结合起来,制作成泡沫铝填充圆管夹芯结构件,利用各自的优点,弥补共同的不足,研制出一种既可满足强度和刚度要求,同时又满足高能量吸收特性要求的新型汽车保险杠。本文首先在考虑空心圆管与泡沫铝相互作用的情况下对泡沫铝填充圆管在静、动态轴向压缩的情况下的能量吸收进行理论了研究,得出泡沫铝填充圆管在静、动态轴向压缩的情况下的能量吸收与其结构参数之间关系的数学模型;然后通过数值模拟的方法验证了理论分析是正确的;其次针对将泡沫铝填充圆管应用于汽车保险杠的具体情况的具体要求,研究应用这种结构件制造的保险杠与传统的空心钢管汽车保险杠相比的优点;最后还对这种结构的保险杠进行了结构优化,和优化前的结构进行了对比,显示了优化后结构的优越性。

【Abstract】 The present metal Circular tube automobile bumper has better intensity and stiffness, but its energy absorb is worse. Aluminum foam has worse intensity and stiffness, but its energy absorb is better. So both structures are thought to combine in this paper, to make metal circular tube filled with aluminum foam, using both merits, to remedy each scarcity, manufacturing a new kind of automobile bumper not only better intensity and stiffness but also better energy absorb. Theory analysis is studied about energy absorb in the case of static and dynamic axial crushing for metal circular tube filled with aluminum foam. Mathematics models are got about energy absorb and its structure parameters relation. Then mathematics models are proved right through numerical simulation. When this structure is applied in automobile bumper, it is found that the metal circular tube filled with aluminum foam bumper is better than conventional metal Circular tube automobile bumper. Structure optimization is put up for this bumper. Superiority after optimization is showed compared with no optimization.
