深冷处理工艺对Al-Si系合金组织与性能的影响

【摘要】 本文对ZL101、ZL109和8#合金三种Al-Si系合金采用了多种工艺规范的深冷处理,并观察微观组织和力学性能的变化,探讨深冷处理工艺对铝合金性能的影响。通过硬度测试和拉伸实验发现力学性能变化与深冷处理工艺之间存在一定的联系。通过显微组织、力学性能、断口形貌和自然时效的分析比较发现深冷处理有预时效的作用,促使组织中的第二相析出。通过XRD分析表明,深冷处理后合金中析出的第二相明显增多。第二相的析出量、力学性能、断口形貌都与深冷处理工艺之间存在一定的联系。经过深冷处理后的Al-Si系合金的性能明显得到提高。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the mechanical properties and microstructure of three kinds of Al-alloys ZL101, ZL109 and 8# alloy are studied before and after many kinds of cryogenic treatments. Solution heat treatment firstly, and then cryogenic treatment. Find out there are certain relationship between mechanical properties, microstructure and cryogenic treatment processing. Cryogenic treatment has the function of preaging after study the mechanical properties, microstructure and fracture appearances, which have something to do with the numbers of the second phase. XRD affirms that the numbers of the second phase increase after cryogenic treatment. So cryogenic treatment can effectly improve the mechanical properties of Al-alloys materials.
