基于智能控制和Lonworks的中央空调系统的研究

【摘要】 随着智能建筑的快速发展,对其中的空调控制系统要求越来越高。我们知道空调分布于建筑物的很多位置,其规模之大,测点之多可以想象,如何对其进行集中控制达到最佳控制效果是有待解决的问题。本文在对智能控制和现场总线以及中央空调控制系统作了深入分析和探讨的基础上,建立了一种基于智能控制和Lonworks的中央空调控制系统。针对空调控制对象的大滞后及非线性特性,提出了PID控制与模糊控制相结合的控制算法并完成了相关软件,给系统带来了良好的鲁棒性。最后,利用MCGS工控组态软件对空调控制系统进行了组态实现,经过计算机仿真和试验调试,证明了以上方法的有效性,表明本系统具有较大的实用价值。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of intelligent buildings, the air-conditioners in them have been demanded higher and higher. We know the air-conditioners are scattered all over the intelligent buildings. How to control them efficiently is the problem need to be solved. Based on the deep analysis of intelligent control and field-bus and central air-conditioner control system, this paper sets up a kind of central air-conditioner control system based on intelligent control and Lonworks. In view of hysteresis and non-linear of air-conditioner, PID control and fuzzy control are combined as an algorithm to improve the robust of the system. At last, MCGS is used to realize the configuration of the air-conditioner system. Through simulation on computer and debugging, the above methods are proved to be efficient and the system is proved to have practical value.
