原油三相分离连续计量装置的研究

【摘要】 论文综述国内外原油三相计量的现状和研究进展。在油气水三相计量的基本原理的基础上,开发了一种新的油气水三相分离计量装置。在小试部分,搭建了油气水三相分离设备的实验装置,考察了重力式分离设备的主要构件(入口构件、聚集构件、整流构件)对分离效果的影响。试验结果表明:旋流分离器能有效地进行气液分离,孔板式布液构件能很好地改善设备的流动特性、还明显降低了对入口构件稳流作用的要求,使采用高效预分离入口构件成为可能,因此,该构件具有较大的工程实际价值。波纹填料能加强分散相液滴的聚结,有效地促进油水分离。在中试部分,搭建了中试试验装置,考察了停留时间、油层厚度、填料厚度、温度对分离效果的影响。在此基础上,确定了合适的控制工艺流程。在现场试验部分,确定了原油三相分离计量装置现场的计量和控制方案,考察了现场工况下的分离效果,解决了现场试验中油气夹带、油室保温等问题。

【Abstract】 The article reviewed the measurement of the flow rate for crude oil, and developed a new apparatus for the measurement of the flow rate.In the laboratory equipment, the influences of primary parts for gravity sedimentation including entrance part, conglomeration part, and packings part on separation effect were studied. The results indicated that hydrocyclone could separate gas and liquid efficiently. The packings part could improve flow pattern of equipment, and reduce the requirements for steady flow of entrance part, making hydrocyclone as a good entrance part.In the pilot-scale equipment, the influences of residential time, thickness of oil layer, thickness of the packings and temperature on separation effect were investigated, and the appropriate control strategies were proposed.In the end, the process for the industrial equipment and its control strategies were determined to measure the flow rate of the crude oil, and the separation effect for oil, gas and water was studied.
