活塞式压缩机全量程可调气阀的理论与实验研究

【摘要】 顶开进气阀进行气量调节是活塞式压缩机气量调节方法中的一种,它具有经济、可靠、结构简单及安装方便等特点。本文以顶开进气阀进行气量调节为理论基础,研制开发了一种新型的液压顶开进气阀无级气量调节系统,其核心为液压分配器和可调回流气阀。此调节系统通过控制液压分配器来改变顶开进气阀时间的长短从而改变了排气量,在压缩机气量变化的情况下,减小了能耗。 本文详细分析了此种气量无级调节系统的工作原理,并结合阀道口流动特性在理论上计算了顶开进气阀过程中顶开力的大小,在此基础上设计了液压分配器的具体结构和气量调节控制系统并介绍了气量调节控制系统中监测功能的实现,最后通过实验验证了该系统调节的实际性能。 通过本课题研究得到: 1.结合阀道口流动特性,详细推导了该系统中液压顶开力的理论计算公式,并对于气阀阀片的运动规律进行了计算机数值模拟,验证了顶开进气阀气量调节系统的可行性以及合理性; 2.搭建了顶开进气阀可调系统基于LabView的实验测试平台; 3.深入研究了顶开进气阀气量调节系统的工作原理,并提出了完整的结构设计方案; 4.完成了顶开进气阀气量调节系统的原理性实验。实验结果表明,该系统中液压顶开力的维持时间能够连续改变,同时气阀被顶开的时间也相应变化。
【Abstract】 Pressing-off inlet valve is one of the methods of air-regulating for reciprocating compressor, and it possesses economic , safe and well-fixing character. Taking the method of pressing-off inlet valve as the theory foundation, a new stepless capacity control system based hydraulic device is developed, whose hardcore is hydraulic distributor. The system depends on the manipulation of the distributor to change the duration of pressing-off inlet valve, thus to conduct the varying capacity, which can avoid useless work and save the energy.The article analyses the working principle of such a system. Combined with the fluid theory in valve channel and theoretical calculation of the hydraulic pressing-off force, the concrete machine structure and control system can be decided. Through the experiment, the real regulation effect can be observed.Through this research task, the following topics can be obtained:1. Combined with the fluid theory in valve channel, the theoretical calculation of the hydraulic pressing-off force has been deduced, and the valve has been simulated in computer, which validates the feasibility and rationality of the hydraulic stepless capacity control system(HSCCS).2. The experiment test platform based Lab View has been designed.3. The principle for HSCCS has been thoroughly studied, and the integrated HSCCS structure has been established.4. The elemental experiment of HSCCS has been accomplished. The results indicate: the duration of the hydraulic force maintaining can be continuously regulated, and the duration of the valve’s pressing-off varies accordingly.
