基于精密图像处理的锥螺纹在线检测系统研究

【摘要】 作为原油生产的油管,在油田的使用量非常大,油管螺纹连接质量直接影响油田的正常生产。目前,对油管螺纹质量的检测大部分还停留在人工的基础上,检测误差大,而且效率低。如何采用一种行之有效的螺纹安全检测方法,是目前急需解决的问题。 本文研究了一种基于图像处理的非接触式的外螺纹几何参数自动检测系统。它采用光学的方法,结合机械传动通过CCD摄像机,获取螺纹轴剖面外轮廓的数字图像数据,通过计算机处理后,计算得到螺纹的几何参数。所研究的检测系统是光、机、电、算有机结合的完整系统。 论文主要内容包括:基于图像处理的外螺纹几何参数自动检测系统的组成,图像获取和预处理,螺纹轮廓的边缘检测及螺纹几何参数数据的处理计算方法。在软件开发中,用SUSAN算子对螺纹的轮廓边界进行了提取,应用数学形态学和亚像素技术对边缘进行精细处理,并利用最小二乘拟合的方法进行了外螺纹轮廓线的拟合,最终计算出螺纹参数,原型试验结果令人满意。

【Abstract】 As channels to transport prtroleum,the tubing is widely used in oil field,and the quality of tubing threads’s connection have great effect on normal oil production.At present,the thread measuring method is still staying in manual method,which has high error possibility and low precision.It is urgent to develop a more effective thread measuring system suitable for stable production.This paper introduces an instrument for auto-measuring parameters of outside screw based on non-contact measuring and image processing techniques.The instrument obtains 2-D data of the screw axis profile section by CCD with optical projection and machine driving,and then calculates out needed parameters.The measuring system researched is on the ground of optics,mechanics,electronics and mathematics.The main content of this thesis includes:principle of the instrument,image acquisition and preprocessing, screw image edge detection and calculate method of screw parameters.In software development,the SUSAN operator is used to detect the edge of screw image,and mathematical morphology and subpixel are also applied to process the edge.Least Squares procedure is employed to fit the exteral screw profile line. We can calculate geometrical parameters of the screw by the implemented system.
