车载自动跟瞄装置的结构设计与控制系统仿真分析

【摘要】 本文主要是针对某车载光电自动跟踪瞄准系统中结构与控制算法的研究。 本文介绍了针对车载自动跟瞄装置的用途而进行的结构设计;利用三维建模软件I—DEAS建立了车载自动跟瞄装置的三维模型;用ANSYS软件建立了车载自动跟瞄装置的有限元模型,做了静力分析和模态分析;对车载自动跟瞄装置做了能量分析,给出了动能随俯仰角变化的非线性关系,并且基于Lagrange—Maxwell方程建立了车载自动跟瞄装置的机电动力学微分方程;对车载自动跟瞄装置进行了运动学分析,结合PID控制算法,利用MATLAB软件对车载自动跟瞄装置的运动情况进行了仿真,为项目的深入研究和实物制造提供了数据基础和理论指导。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this thesis is to study the structure design and the control algorithm of an automatic tracking and aiming device on mobile.This thesis introduced the structure design of the automatic tracking and aiming device on mobile pointing to its use; built the three dimensions model of the device by the three-dimensional modeling software (I-DEAS); built the finite element model and made static and model analysis of the device by the finite element analysis software (ANSYS); made the energy analysis of the device, and proposed the nonlinear relation of the kinetic energy to the elevation angle of the pitch part, and derived the electromechanical dynamics differential equations of the device based on the Lagrange-Maxwell equations; made kinematics analysis of the device , and achieved the simulation results using PID control algorithm by the simulation software (MATLAB).This thesis provided data for the device fabrication and theoretical guidance for the deep research on the project.
