发电机组非电量检测中的抗干扰研究与应用

【摘要】 本论文研究了发电机组非电量检测中的抗干扰问题,着重阐述了在信号采集和处理过程中抗干扰方面的软件和硬件实现。以温度量的采集为例,针对国电南京自动化研究院自动控制所制造的SJ-40C微机温度巡检/保护装置进行改进性的研究和开发,通过分析和试验,对装置硬件部分做了较大的改进,提出了一套新的解决方案。本文对提高电厂环境里发电机组非电量检测中装置的抗干扰性能有着一定的借鉴作用。 本论文主要研究内容有:1,使用两XTR105电流源芯片实现大电流激励。2,在装置的前向通道上用继电器替代了电子开关、添加了仪用放大器、低通滤波和隔离放大器,提高装置的抗干扰。3,提出多采集通道、多A/D转换器的结构模型。4,用虚拟仪器软件LABVIEW模拟现场环境进行仿真分析和比较,确定滤波的方案。5,改进了装置串口和CAN口通讯的抗干扰电路。6,基于CAN总线的分布式测量技术在发电机组非电量检测方面进行了探讨。 干扰是发电机组非电量检测中普遍存在的,也是非常棘手的重要问题,它直接关系到仪器或装置的稳定性和可靠性。随着科学技术的发展,可以预见,更多更先进的抗干扰设备将会应用在发电机组的非电量检测中。
【Abstract】 This paper mainly studied against disturbance of monitoring and testing non-electric signal of generators, and emphasized on how to design its software and hardware against disturbance in the process of acquirement and treatment. In the example of temperature signal, based on the SJ-40 temperature multi-function controller made by Nanjing Automation Research Institute, Automatic Control Company, this paper introduced the reformative research and development for this instrument. Through analysis and experiment, the part of hardware of this instrument was made a big changed, and a kind of new resolution against disturbance was introduced on the paper. There is a great important benefit for the reality application to improve the performance of instrument monitoring and testing non-electric signal of generators against disturbance in the environment of power station.The main contents in the paper are including: firstly, for the acquirement of temperature. Firstly, two current resources of model XTR105 were used to improve the magnitude of current promptings. Secondly, there is a kind of new application that electronic switches were replaced by relays, and instrument amplifier, low pass filter and isolation amplifier were designed in the former channel of acquiring signal. Thirdly, a kind of model of configuration has been introduced with more channels of acquirement and more Analog to Digital converters. Fourthly, a special technology, virtual instrument Labview, has been applied in analyzing simulating and comparing the local environment in order to form a kind of digital filter solution. Fifthly, two communication ports of serial port and CAN BUS were redesigned in the paper. Sixthly, distributed monitoring system based on CAN BUS was discussed about monitoring and testing non-electric signal of generator in this paper, which must be used for reference in the other fields.The disturbance may be existed in the monitoring and testing process of non-electric signal of generators generally, and is still troublesome problem, which directly influents instrument’s stability and reliability. With the development of science and technology, foreseeingly, more and more advanced instruments against disturbance will be used in monitoring and testing process of non-electric signal of generators.
