基于DSP的TCR型动态无功补偿装置控制器的研究与设计

【摘要】 电弧炉、电焊机等冲击性负荷大量接入电网严重影响电网供电质量。本文研究并设计了基于DSP的TCR型动态无功补偿装置控制器,抑制快速波动性负荷造成的电压波动和闪变,改善负荷不平衡状况。 本文基于不平衡负荷的平衡化原理(即Steinmetz原理)的补偿导纳模型,采用负荷电流电压瞬时值采样的方法补偿无功功率,并将该方法应用于SVC样机的设计,结果表明,它们是快速有效和准确的,具有实际的工程应用价值。 TCR 型动态无功补偿装置中触发控制角的计算精度直接影响无功补偿的效果。作者提出并实现了有理插值法作为晶闸管触发控制角的计算方法,通过仿真表明该方法与多项式逼近相比,计算量相当,但精度大大提高。本文利用MATLAB中的simulink建立了TCR的单相和三相模型,分析晶闸管控制角、触发脉冲与基波电流的关系。 本文设计的控制器以TMS320F2812 DSP芯片为核心,加上检测电路(包括采样电路、调理电路、锁相环等) 和其它外围控制和驱动电路构成。利用电焊机与电弧炉相似的用电特性,以电焊机为负载,开发一套低压TCR-SVC样机,设计完整的软、硬件系统,并校验其性能。
【Abstract】 More and more fluctuant load such as electric arc furnaces and welders connect into power networks. Its supply quality become badly. Based on DSP this paper study and design TCR-SVC controller to eliminate the voltage fluctuation and flicker, improve load imbalance state.Based on the compensate admittance model of Steinmetz theory a method is put forward which use instantaneous values of load current and voltage to denote it. The simulations and practical application in the design of SVC model have shown that the proposed method is very effective, accurate, and with fast response performance.Delay angle account precision of TCR dynamic reactive compensation device influences the effect of dynamic reactive compensation directly. In this paper the rational interpolation method is used as the delay angle account method. Compare with the polynomial approach this method is proved to be more accurate by computer simulation and their amount of calculation is equal. A single-phase model and a three-phase of TCR are established by Matlab software. The relations among the delay angle trigger pulse and fundamental current are analyzed.The controller make up of TMS320F2812 DSP chip, detecting circuits include sampling circuit, modulate circuit and phase locked loop and other periphery control and drive circuit. This paper design a low-voltage SVC model and its software and hardware system obtained by welder, which characteristic is similar to the electric arc furnace, and check out its performance.
