【摘要】 随着以市场定价为主的工程量清单计价改革制度的推进，造价信息对工程造价计价与控制起着很重要的作用，而工程造价信息网能够提供给建筑市场各方准确、及时、全面的工程造价信息。但是工程造价信息网在我国刚刚起步，学术界对此研究甚少。因此，本论文在大量调查统计分析的基础上，对工程造价信息网建设的一系列问题进行了研究，并提供了一些建议以抛砖引玉。 工程造价人员上工程造价信息网是为了获取造价信息。那工程造价信息有哪些主要内容，有什么特点；工程造价信息网的建设涉及到哪些问题呢，本论文对此都做一些简要的概述。 本论文通过网络搜索查询、电话等方法调查我国已建工程造价信息网的建设情况，包括各省有无建网站，网站的开通时间和已建网的各造价信息发布情况，并做了具体的分析。 此外，本论文根据用户需求问卷调查的结果，对被调查者的年龄、学历、技术职称、供职的单位性质和从事工程造价专业的工作年限进行了具体的统计分析，也对建网的必要性、建设企业技术信息化水平、被调查者获取信息的途径、用途和上工程造价信息网的目的、工程造价信息网的栏目偏好、价格信息的发布、造价人员对造价信息的认识途径、工程造价信息网服务收费方式等进行了具体的统计分析。 最后，根据前面所做的调查统计分析，对工程造价信息网现存的问题进行了研究，并提出了自己的建设建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of reforming of quantity bill constitution, mainly according to market price, the information of project cost is quite important for evaluation and control of project cost. Meanwhile the website of project cost information can offer participators of construction market exact, up-to-date, comprehensive project cost information. However, as a result of coming into existence of it, the academe has made little research on it. So, this thesis studies a series of problems about websites of project cost information on the basis of the analyzing and statistics of mass investigation, and then provides some proposals.The users of project cost networks want to acquire the cost information from them. On the other hand, what kind of contents and features does the project cost information cover? Which problems would be involved during the processes of construction of project cost information nets? This thesis gives its brief statement.The author investigated the actual status of websites of-project cost information in our country by network searches and telephone visits, which include whether each province has organized a website, the start-up time of websites, and the status of issuing all sorts of cost information on the existing websites. Accordingly the author made detailed statistical analysis.Furthermore, this thesis makes detailed statistical analysis according questionnaire of user need, such as informant age, educationbackground, the title of a technical post, property of their units, work years in project cost field. And necessity of building net, informatization in construction enterprise, approach of collecting information, use and purpose of putting and using project cost net, likes of project cost net’ contents, issuing of price information, approach of understanding cost information, charge mode of project cost net, are made detailed statistical analysis.At last, it makes detailed analysis about the status of actual websites of project cost information in our country and the needs of their users through practical investigation.
