【摘要】 文章以澳大利亚省会城市荷伯特为研究的起点，分析介绍了荷伯特城市滨水区开发建设的概况和进展。并以萨利文海湾总体规划为基础，提出了荷伯特滨水空间改造所涉及的核心概念：平台层、墙界面层、空间介质、立体景观系统等。并发展成为本文的主要理论依据和概念来源。 文章在荷伯特城市滨水区开发的概念基础上，结合Steinitz教授理想景观设计过程理论和建筑现象学派，景观生态学派和相关的滨水空间理论，提出了系统的滨水区空间模型分析法。并以西湖湖滨街区滨水空间的实例分析，从空间设计方法层面对滨水街区过渡性空间进行基本的空间类型归纳和解析，提出湖滨街区开发建设的相关思考和建议，更希望能抛砖引玉，引起设计者、规划者、开发商等对相关问题的重视，并共同探求适合中国国情的滨水区开发模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper is based on the study of Hobart city, Tasmania, Australia, and introduces the redevelopment of waterfront district of Hobart city. Then based on < Sullivans Cove Planning Scheme> the writer concluded the main ideas-the platform, the wall interface, the Medium and the three-dimensional view system, etc-that refer to the Hobart waterfront development, And develop these ideas into the main theoretical foundation and concept source of this hole artical.On the foundation of previous research on Hobart city, the writer combines the recent research of Professor Steiniz and other theories on waterfront space concerned, and concluded the systematical space model analytic approach of waterfront district. With the instance analysis of the lakeside block space of the West Lake, Hangzhou, the writer sums up the basic transitional space form of waterfront block from the space design method aspect, and concluded the relevant thinking and suggestion on redevelopment and construction on Westlake and other waterfront districts. And hope to cause the attention to the relevant problem, such as designer, planner, developer, etc., and seek the development mode that suitable for the China’ s actual conditions together.更多还原
