多相流量计的研究

【摘要】 本文以多相流测量为研究方向,提出了一种基于超声、电容、电导、差压等多传感器并运用数据融合技术和相关测量技术的新的测量方法;同时提出了一种通过超声直接测量多相流体中油、气、水各相含率的方法。 分析和推导了超声传播时间、介电常数、电导率与多相流各相相含率的关系,以及差压信号、相关测量信号与多相流流速的关系。 采用模块化的设计方法,以ARM处理器和带有高精度A/D转换的MSC1210Y5芯片为核心设计并制作了基于CAN总线通讯的仪表主模块、超声测量模块和温度压力测量模块;同时设计了基于DSP的相关测量模块。 原理样机具有体积小、成本低的优点,同时模块化的设计又便于各部件的安装和维护,代表了未来多相流量计发展的一种方向。

【Abstract】 A research of the measurement of multiphase flow is shown in this paper. It presents a new measurement method taken with a multiphase flow meter based on ultrasonic sensor, capacitance sensor, conductance sensor, diff-pressure measurement and so on. Data fusion technology and cross-correlation measurement technology are also used in this method. Then, it describes a new method that can measure the phase fraction of the individual components of multiphase medium: oil, gas and water with the ultrasonic module.The paper deduced the relations between the phase fractions of the multiphase flow and measured signals, including the time of ultrasonic get across the multiphase, the dielectric constant, electrical conductivity and the relations between the multiphase rate and the measured signals, such as diff-pressure.The design was modularized. The modules including main module which is based on CAN bus, ultrasonic module and temperature-pressure module were developed. The kernel of the modules is ARM processor and MSC1210Y5 which has a high precision A/D converter. The module of cross-correlation which is based on digital signal processor (DSP) was designed.The prototype has the characteristics of small volume and low cost. Modularization is convenient for installation and maintenance of the components. The system accords further development of multiphase fiowmeter.
