基于CWBT的管理信息系统研究

【摘要】 随着我国航运事业的发展和国际航运市场竞争的日益激烈,对于船舶维修保养管理的要求也越来越高。多年来,我国船舶维修管理一直沿袭原苏联五十年代所推行的传统管理模式,即采用计划预防维修制。这种维修体制是以工作时间为基础的,忽略了设备的实际运行情况,使得维修管理费用居高不下,同时也造成了船舶维修管理管理“重修轻养”、“重用轻管”的局面,严重制约了我国航运事业的发展。因此迫切需要采用先进的维修管理体制来保障船舶安全、提高营运效率、降低营运成本、提高企业竞争力。 本文通过大量的资料收集和整理,提出了将船舶维修保养体制(CWBT)和针对性维修策略相融合的基于设备状态的维修管理模式,运用灰色预测的方法进行维修周期系数K决策,并采用D-S证据理论建立维修决策模型,同时运用计算机实现了基于CWBT的船舶维修管理信息系统。论文主要包括以下几个方面的内容: 1.在分析、总结我国船舶维修保养管理理论及其应用现状的前提下,提出了基于设备状态的维修管理模式:一方面对设备维修分级分类,采取系统的、全面的管理;另一方面对不同的设备采用不同的维修方式,并且对采用状态维修的设备进行维修类型决策,确定维修时机和维修内容,以此为依据安排维修计划; 2.在对设备进行状态监测的基础上,提出了采用设备状态预测方法——灰色预测进行维修周期系数K的决策; 3.在分析设备维修方式和设备运行状态的基础上,提出了基于D-S证据理论的设备维修方式决策和设备技术状态决策方法; 4.详细探讨了基于CWBT的船舶维修管理信息系统的功能、结构,并提出了系统数据库设计、数据库管理的具体实施方案。该系统实现了维修方式决策、维修类型决策、维修计划的编制、维修数据库管理等重要功能。

【Abstract】 With the development of shipping industry and the increasing competition of shipping market, it is required that shipping companies’ ship maintenance management is stricter than ever. For many years, the ship maintenance management of our country is similar with the former Soviet Union, which adopt schedule maintenance. This maintenance system is based on the operating time, and ignore the station of equipment. Adopting schedule maintenance, lead more expense and the enterprises emphasize on repair rather than maintenance, emphasize on using rather than management. So it restrict the development of shipping industry and it is extremely urgent to adopt advanced maintenance management to guarantee the ship safety, increase operation rate, decrease the operating cost and strengthen the competitive ability of shipping enterprises.The paper brings forward the maintenance management based on equipment’s station by collecting and cleaning up a large of information. And gray model is presented to decide the maintenance cycle coefficient K.Dempster-Shafer evidential theory is also put forward to maintenance decision-making. At the same time it programs the maintenance management system based on equipment’s station. The main contents are as follows:1 .It brings forward the maintenance management based on equipment’s station by analyzing and summarizing Chinese ship maintenance system and it’s application. In this maintenance management, it sorts the maintenance and adopts system and entire management; on the other hand, it takes the different maintenance model on different equipment and makes maintenance plan based on maintenance decision;2. Based on equipment working station monitoring, gray model is presented to decide the maintenance cycle coefficient K3. It presents the decision model of maintenance mode and maintenance type based on Dempster-Shafer evidential theory;4.The paper discusses the functions and structure of maintenancemanagement system based on CWBT. In addition, it presents the project of the designing and management on the database. This system implements the main functions such as maintenance model decision, maintenance type decision, maintenance plan arrangement and database management.
