新型高性能摩擦材料的研究

【摘要】 在查阅和分析大量国内外文献的基础上,本论文以自行研制的新型高性能汽车制动盘式片为研究对象,通过理论和试验研究,探讨了Kevlar纤维含量和开松度对摩擦材料的性能影响效应及其摩擦磨损机理,并达到了预期的目标,为新型摩擦材料的研究和应用提供了理论和试验依据。 首先探讨了国内外摩擦材料的发展现状及存在的问题,说明无金属、无纤维、耐高温、低噪音摩擦材料是今后国内外的发展趋势。 本论文主要做了如下的工作:(1)以自行研制的新型高性能摩擦材料为研究对象,对摩擦材料的结构进行设计;(2)针对本论文的研究对象和材料性能,确定试样制品的生产和热处理工艺;(3)通过不同纤维的性能对比试验,说明Kevlar纤维具有优越的摩擦磨损性能:(4)对摩擦材料配方进行正交试验设计,通过试验数据分析Kevlar纤维的含量和开松度对摩擦材料的性能影响,及其开松度对摩擦材料内部微观结构的作用;(5)对定速试验结果进行方差分析并进行配方优化,并通过定速试验和惯性制动台架试验证明了优化后的摩擦材料配方具有优越的摩擦磨损性能,特别是耐高温性能,具有广泛的适用性;(6)对试样摩擦前、后的表层和内层微观形貌进行分析,探讨了新型高性能摩擦材料的摩擦磨损机理。 展望了该新型摩擦材料进一步的研究方向,特别是Kevlar纤维的摩擦磨损机理,及其与片状蛭石的降噪作用机理的研究,此方面的研究将具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Based on consulting and analyzing lots of internal and overseas documents about friction materials, the paper takes auto disk brake-shoes of self-development as research object, and discusses the influence of content and carding degrees of Kevlar fiber on the performances by research of theory and test, at the same time also the mechanism of the friction and wear, attains the anticipated results. The paper applies the bases of theory and test for the research and application of the new type of friction material.At first the paper introduces the developing status quo and the open question of friction material inland and overseas, showing the friction materials, which are characterized by nonmetal, nonfibers, resistance to elevated temperature, low noise, are the trends of development in the whole world for the future.The following has been finished in this paper: first, taking disc brake-shoes of self-development as research object, designing the structure of the friction material; second, according to the research object and the performance of material, defining the pressing and heat-treat process of test sample; third, proving that the Kevlar fiber has better performance of friction and wear than several fibers usually practiced by match tests; fourth, designing the formula by orthogonal test, and analyzing the influence of content and carding degree of Kevlar fiber on friction material, also the action of carding degrees on the inside microstructure of the friction material by test data; fifth, making variance analysis and formula optimization based on the constant speed test results, proving that the formula after optimization has super performance of friction and wear specially the resistance to elevated temperature by the constant speed test and the bench test, and having extensive applicability; sixth, analyzing the microscopic patterns of superficial and inner layers before and after friction, and discussing the mechanism of friction and wear of this new type of material.The paper declares the further research direction of the new type of friction material, especially of the study on the mechanism of friction and wear of Kevlar fiber, also of the research on the mechanism of noise reduction of the Kevlar fiber and flaky vermiculite, this research will have important value.
