云阳长江公路大桥施工控制仿真

【摘要】 斜拉桥属高次超静定结构,施工过程与成桥状态具有相关性,施工难度较大。对于分段悬臂施工的P.C.斜拉桥,施工过程中由于受温差、收缩、徐变等因素影响,以及由于混凝土强度较低使成桥后内力和线形可调范围较小,因此对施工过程的严格控制是实现设计成桥状态的保证。本文以云阳长江公路大桥为背景,就斜拉桥施工控制仿真计算、主梁分段悬臂浇筑过程控制等问题进行了初步探讨。 首先,本文在总结、分析斜拉桥施工控制研究现状的基础上,对斜拉桥施工控制的关键问题进行了探讨。斜拉桥施工控制首要问题是在明确施工控制的内容、原则、选择控制方法的基础上,对全桥进行仿真计算,以仿真计算结果作为施工控制的理论轨迹。因此,本文对斜拉桥施工控制的内容和原则进行了分析,从控制论的角度对斜拉桥施工控制的开环控制法、闭环控制法、自适应控制法进行了总结,对斜拉桥施工控制仿真方法(正装法、倒拆法、正装迭代法、无应力状态法)进行了详细的探讨,并讨论了各种方法需要进一步解决的问题。 其次,采用结构大师(VSES)对云阳长江公路大桥用正装法进行了施工控制仿真计算。介绍了结构大师的功能与使用方法,第一次把结构大师(VSES)用于斜拉桥施工控制仿真计算;对斜拉桥结构构件的模拟方法做了总结,对施工工况的划分进行了分析,尝试采用梁单元模拟斜拉索,并取得了较好的效果;同时对施工控制仿真计算结果进行了详细分析,总结出了斜拉桥施工控制正装计算各种参数的变化规律和影响因素,对类似的斜拉桥施工控制具有重要参考价值。 最后,对斜拉桥施工控制措施、目标等作了初步探讨,并对施工控制监测结果与仿真计算结果进行了对比分析。对施工控制参数误差产生的原因、造成的影响、参数预测以及施工控制各项指标应达到的精度等做了初步分析;并对斜拉桥施工控制的关键问题(立模标高的确定和调整、斜拉索初始索力的确定和调整)进行初步的探讨。施工控制各项参数实测值与理论计算值较吻合、精度较高,说明采用结构大师(VSES)用正装法对斜拉桥进行施工控制仿真计算,在斜拉索模拟为梁单元的情况下,能够取得较高的控制精武汉理工大学硕十学位论文度。 在斜拉桥施工控制过程中,建立科学、合理、实用的施工控制体系,是确保施工安全和最终达到设计成桥状态的关键。关键词:斜拉桥,施工控制,结构大师,仿真,正装法
【Abstract】 The cable-stayed bridge is an indeterminate structure with high degrees, and the design objective has relativity with the process of construction, and it is hard to construct this bridge. For the segmental-construction P.C. cable-stayed bridge, difference in temperature, shrinkage and creep sophisticatedly affect the course of its construction. After closure, with the strength of concrete, the adjustable range of internal force and configuration is narrow. So rigorous control of construction is the guarantee of achieving design objective. Basing on YunYang ChangJiang Bridge, the imitation of the construction control of cable-stayed bridge, and control of the course of cantilever casting concrete were discussed in this paper.First, basing on the achievements of the former exports , the sixty-four-dollar question of construction control of cable-stayed bridge were discussed and analyzed. The chief problem of the construction control of cable-stayed bridge is making certain the content, principle, and measure. At the same time imitate the bridge, and take the imitation result as theory track of the construction control. So, the content and principle of construction control of cable-stayed bridge were discussed and analyzed, and from the point of cybernetics the opening loop control, closed loop control, and adaptive control were summarized. Forward-calculation method and back-running method and forward- iterative-calculation method and no-stress method are methods, which are used at the construction control of cable-stayed bridge. These methods were analyzed and discussed and some problems that should be resolved in the future were discussed in this paper.Second , Visual Structure Expert System(VSES) was used in forward-calculation of construction control of YunYang ChangJiang Bridge. The function and method of Visual Structure Expert System (VSES) were introduced particularly. For the first time Visual Structure Expert System (VSES) was used for cable-stayed bridge construction control imitation. The imitated measure ofstructure component and the partition of the segment of construction were analyzed and discussed. Girder cell was used to imitate the cable cell, and the effect is preferable. The result of the imitation was labored, and the change rule and influencing factor of all the parameter in Forward-calculation for cable-stayed bridge construction control are summarized, which has high reference value for similar cable-stayed bridge.Finally, the construction control system of cable-stayed bridge was discussed primarily, and the metrical result and imitated result were analyzed contrastively. The reason and influence of parameter s error and parameter forecast and the precision that the parameter s error should be achievement were discussed primarily. The key point of construction control of cable-stayed bridge is how to define and adjust the elevation of formwork and how to adjust the stress of the cable, which were discussed primarily in this paper. The metrical parameter and imitated parameter of construction control is coincided. Imitational precision is good, which demonstrate that Visual Structure Expert System (VSES) can be used to imitate cable-stayed bridge construction control, under the condition that forward-calculation is used and girder cell is used to imitate the cable cell, which is capable of acquire better control precision.Setting up a scientific and reasonable and useful construction control system is the key point of assuring that the cable-stayed bridge will be constructed safely and smoothly.
