【摘要】 本文主要针对重庆大江信达车辆股份有限责任公司工程机械厂生产管理信息系统(简称PMIS)进行应用研究开发。在研究开发PMIS系统中,本文以MRP思想为指导,结合企业实际管理情况,从系统分析出发,以系统的观点进行开发设计,探讨在企业生产管理中如何控制好库存,安排生产作业计划,对企业内部零部件物流进行金过程跟踪。 本文共分为6个章节,第一章论述了企业特别是中小企业实行MIS开发的紧迫性和重要性,并对MIS的发展概况和MIS系统平台模式做了简要介绍。同时,开发企业的MIS是一项系统性很强的工作,开发方法的选择对系统能否开发成功影响很大,因而本文结合实际对采用结构化系统开发方法与面向对象开发方法相结合的思想作了简要介绍。开发PMIS离不开数据库管理系统的支持,本文也介绍DBMS与Visual FoxPro的特点。运用MRP原理是实行PMIS系统的关键,本文在第一章节对MRP的发展及其应用情况和前景作了较详细的论述.以上内容加上开发PMIS系统的指导思想和开发环境组成了本文第一章节的全部内容。 第二章节是PMIS系统开发的调查阶段。论述了企业现行生产管理系统存在的问题和改进途径,并采用结构化分析工具—数据字典和数据流程图对企业现行生产管理系统的流程进行摸底,提出了开发PMIS系统的目标。第三章节对开发PMIS系统涉及的关键性技术作了较详细的介绍。首先对关键性技术涉及的MRP原理、M胶P的计算方法及实施M叹P所涉及的制造标准进行了详细论述。其次论述了实施三层C/S模型的优点,并在技术上论述了P珑S系统是如何通过在企业内部构建一个以太网模式的局域网络,以Visual FoxPr06.O数据库管理系统(DBMs)作为前端数据平台,以SQL Server 7.0作为后端数据库服务器平台,对企业的生产管理数据进行管理的.同时对前后端操作系统也作了介绍。 第四章节论述了PMIS系统的开发设计.根据现行生产管理体制,在分析总结的基础上,阐述了系统功能设计的原则,将P树S系统划分为七个模块,并对其各自功能进行了说明.这七个模块包括:三个月滚动生产计划管理子系统、生产调度管理子系统、生产作业计划管理子系统、毛坯管理子系统、半成品管理子系统、工厂在制品管理子系统、基础数据管理子系统.同时,在本章节对数据库设计过程、P珑S系统的输入输出设计、安全机制设计及主程序设计进行了必要的阐述. 第五章节演示了P入ns系统的运行实例情况。在该实例中演示了进入PMIS系统登录窗口,在键入密码成功后进入“重庆大江信达车辆股份有限公司工程机械厂生产管理信息系统”主菜单窗口,通过查询基础数据资料所输出的“零部件消耗定额”查询表. 第六章节是P加S系统的总结章节。该章节对开发PMIS系统运用的理论、关键技术及解决了生产管理中的问题进行了总结性阐述。 通过本文我们可了解建立一个管理信息系统的阶段步骤和技术、理论方面的要求。该系统开发成功后将有助于推动该厂信息化工作的普及,提高该厂的管理效率和水平,促进企业升级发展。关健词:生产管理信息系统MRp C/S局域网络

【Abstract】 In the essay, it mainly makes scientific information system applying researches on production management of Engineering Machinery Plant of Big River Xin Da Vehicle Limited Corporation of Chong Qin. This information system ( called PMIS in abbreviation ) is instructed by principle of MRP ,integrated with business practical management condition. It begins from the analysis of system, using a global issue to plan the system. It inquires into the way how to control inventory, and to arrange production procession plan, and to follow the whole tracks of internal spare parts and components.The article has six chapters, the first chapter elaborates the emergency and the importance for enterprise especially middle and small plant of exploiting MIS, and briefly introduces the developing survey and platform model of MIS. At the same time, it is systematical for business to open up MIS, the choice of method has large influence on system exploiting, so the paper introduces in brief the idea of combining structured system development methodologies with object oriented method. Exploiting PMIS needs supporting of Data Base Management System, the article also introduces the characters of DBMS and Visual FoxPro. It is critical for plant to utilize MRP principle to implement the system of PMIS, the thesis expounds in detail the development and applying as well as prospectof MRP in the first session. The content above as well as the instructing idea of exploiting PMIS and exploiting environment composes the first chapter.The second chapter is investigating stage of exploiting PMIS. It interprets the problem and the improving way for present production management information system, and makes use of structured analysis tool-data dictionary and data flow diagram to know the real situation of the present production management system, putting forward the goal of opening up the PMIS.The third chapter gives detailed introduction for exploiting PMIS relating to key technology. Firstly, it elaborates in detail the critical technology involving MRP principle, calculating method of MRP as well as manufacturing standard of MRP. Secondly, it expounds the merit of building three-story C/S model, and discusses the way how to construct the Intranet of Ethernet in the plant, to manage the production data, with being the front data platform in DBMS of Visual FoxPro6.0, and being the back data platform in SQL Server 7.0. In the meantime, it also introduces the front and back operating system.The fourth chapter expounds the exploiting design of the PMIS. It discusses the principle of system function design according to analysis summary and present production management system of organization, dividing the PMIS into seven subsystems, and expounding everyone’s function. The seven subsystems includes three-month rolling production plan management, production controlling management, production procession plan management, semi-manufactured material management, semi-finished product management, plant in-processed product management, basic data management. Meanwhile, this session necessarily interprets database design course, input and outputdesign of PMIS, safety mechanism design and main procedure design.The fifth chapter demonstrates running practical example of PMIS. The example shows the entrance to the windows of system. When the password is input successfully, the main menu of production management information system of Engineering Machinery Plant of Big River Xin Da Vehicle Limited Corporation of Chong Qin emerges. If you want to get the consuming quota table of spare parts and components, you can strike the menu of inquiry.The six chapter summarizes the PMIS. It makes s summary of the applying theory, critical technology as well as the settlement to the production managementThrough this paper, we can see the technology, theory requirement and the step how to construct a management information system. The system will help to bring about popularizing the information of plant, and improving management effect and level, as well as promoting the business
