【摘要】 随着人类的进步和人类生存环境的恶化，环境保护已越来越受到人们的重视，从而，环保产业所占的市场份额也越来越大，在一些国家和地区，环保产业甚至有可能成为21世纪的支柱产业。由于我国环境问题突出，且环保产业也是刚刚兴起，因此，我国的环保产业在未来也将有长足的发展。 本论文旨在对长沙市环保产业的发展及对策进行探讨，主要从以下几个方面展开分析： 1．分析了我国环保产业的发展现状，并与国际环保产业的发展作了对比。 2．从环保产业单位类型、分布及环保产品结构环保产业所占市场份额等多方面分析了湖南省及长沙市的环保产业发展现状。 3．分析了“十五”期间我国环保产业的发展前景、市场需求及重点发展领域。 4．总结了湖南省“十五”期间的环保规划和长沙市建设生态城市的目标和基本要求。 5．介绍了长沙市一区六园的发展状况，重点对长沙高新技术产业开发区的发展布局、生态建设及产业、特别是环保产业发展的实施情况进行了分析。 本论文得出以下一些结论： 1．通过对我国环保产业发展状况的研究、与国际相同领域的对比，以及长沙市环保产业的分析，定位了长沙市环保产业的发展状况，并对长沙市环保行业的发展特点作了详尽的描述。 2．通过对长沙市建立生态城市要求和建设规划的研究，及长沙市“十五”期间环保工作的侧重点的探讨，指出了长沙市环保产业的薄弱环节，为长沙市环保产业的进一步发展提供参考。 3．通过对长沙市一区六园地理位置、政策、产业环境等方面的优劣对比研究，重点介绍了长沙高新区建设及产业发展的成功经验，为长沙市环保产业发展提供了模式参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Environment protection becomes more and more important because of environment of living becoming worse and worse. Therefore, production value of environment protection industry become larger and larger, and environment protection industry turn into the basal industry in some areas and countries. It will develop acceleratively in China to lead to the problem of environment pollution, which stands out and the environment protection industry begins to arise. This paper will be engaged on the development of environment protection industry in Changsha.First, the actual of environment protection industry in china is analysed, comparing with the same field of overseas.Second, the actual of environment protection industry in Hunan province and Changsha, for example, the type of environment protection industry, the products, production value of environment protection industry is analysed.Third, the foreground, requirment of people and being emphasised on in resent years are analysed.Forth, programming of environment protection in Hunan province, the goal and standard of environment in Changsha are summarized.Fifth, the condition of development of special economic zone is introduced. The layout, programming of entironment and the development of environment protection industry specially in special economic zone are analysed detailedly.Some conclusions are drawn in my paper.First, the demelopment condition and its characterstic of environment protection industry in Changsha are analysed in detail.Second, the emphasis of the environment protection in Changsha is discussed. The weak point of environment protection industry in Changsha is pointed out.The reference of the development in environment protection industry is offered.Third, the successful experience is offered to the government of Changsha.更多还原
