【摘要】 电力远程监测技术是将数据采集、远程传输和智能化信息处理应用于电能供用与管理系统中的一项综合性新技术。它以自动抄表技术为核心，具有速度快、精度高、实时性好、可直接与电力营业计算机联网等突出优点，从根本上克服了传统抄表模式的弊端，促进了电能管理的现代化发展。本文综述了电力远程监测领域技术现状，总结了现有电力远程监测系统的优点与不足，提出并研制了一种通信距离远、数据传输速度快、监测实时性强、组建方便的基于VB的电力远程监测系统。全文共分为七部分，通过对电力远程监测技术的研究现状的分析，阐述了电力远程监测系统中普遍存在的弊端、我国在该项技术上的发展，以及电力远程监测管理系统的构成、工作原理、功能、工作过程、信息传输和软件结构，简要介绍了系统的主要特点。通过对Visual Basic开发工具的特点、VB的串行通信组件、VB对调制解调器的控制、VB对数据库的管理的说明，论述了基于VB的电力远程监测系统主站软件的模块设计思想，介绍了系统主站的软件流程、登录管理界面、主界面和各菜单项，重点论述了基于VB的电力远程监测管理系统通信软件的设计、VB环境下系统的数据库管理软件设计特点以及数据信息处理。最后，总结了主站软件设计的几个关键问题以及系统研究的不足之处，探讨了电力远程监测管理系统的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The electric power remote monitoring is a new technology which employs the techniques of data collecting, remote transmitting, intelligent information processing in the system of electric energy comsumption management. It focuses the technique of automatic and remote meter reading, and integrates many other technologies on electric measurement, computer, communication and management. It has the excellent advantage of quickness, high precision, good real-time and easy to connect to business network. This novel technology fundamentally overcomes the deficiency of traditional meter reading method and gives a brilliant prospect to modernization of electric energy management. This paper summarizes the current technologies status in the domain of electric power remote monitoring, sums up their advantages and disadvantages, puts forward and develops a novel electric power remote monitoring system based on VB, which has the outstanding strongpoint of long distance and high speed of communication, high reliability, convenient to connect to network. The whole paper consists of 7 chapters, through analysising the present mode of the electric power remote monitoring, expatiate the common irregularity of electric power remote monitoring system, our country development in it, and the composing, the principle, the function, the work process, the information translating and the software construction of system, introduce the main characteristics of the system. Through elucidating to the characteristics, the serial communication, the controlling to the modem,the management to datebase of Visual Basic, the paper discuss a design thoughts of the master station software of the electric power remote monitoring based on VB, introduce the software precess and the management interface, point discuss the software design characteristics and data informations handles based on VB. Findally, the paper summarizes the deficiencies of it and a few keys problem that software design, and forecast the prospects of the electric power remote monitoring technology.更多还原
