【摘要】 随着系统集成技术的快速发展,消费电子类产品已经超越传统的单一功能模式,正朝着一体化,智能化,无线化方向发展。单一功能的音频、视频产品已不能完全满足消费者的要求,因此,市场需要整合了多种功能的一体化产品。单机家庭影院系统,就是以DVD播放机为基础,将功放系统、收音系统有效整合为一体的多功能消费电子产品。单机家庭影院系统功能复杂,需要使用较多的功能芯片。为实现功能芯片之间的控制和数据传输,根据主控芯片ES6028的接口特征以及数据流格式选择互连总线。在系统设计中,主要采用了集成电路互联总线、音频芯片互联总线、计算机控制总线等总线技术来实现系统控制和数据传输。单机家庭影院系统研究、开发主要包括以下内容:研究这些总线协议、规范,在目标开发板的硬件控制电路基础上,针对特定总线及其所驱动芯片编写其驱动程序;通过集成电路互联总线实现对数字音频前置功率放大芯片PS9702B控制,增加音频均衡器功能;通过集成电路互联总线实现对A/V切换功能芯片M52790的控制;通过音频芯片互联总线实现△∑音频数/模转换芯片PCM1606和数/模转换芯片PCM1800的控制;通过计算机控制总线实现对收音芯片LC72131的控制和数据传输,增加收音机的自动搜台等功能;调整增加功能函数的优先级,保证系统的正常运行。单机家庭影院系统是一个非常复杂的嵌入式系统,使用的是ESS公司提供的交叉编译开发工具和系统仿真工具。测试结果表明,系统实现了音频功率前置放大、A/V切换、收音机等功能,已经成功投向市场。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of all kinds of integration techniques, the consumer electronics have exceeded the single function mode, and are developing into multi-function, intelligent, and wireless.The audio and video products of single function cannot meet the requirement of consumer.So, the market need the product that integrated multi functions. Home Theater in a Box( HTiB) is a kind of consumer electronics that is based on DVD player, and integrate the amplifier system, radio system into one product.Because of complex function, this HTiB product includes quite a number of ICs with special function. To realize the function of control and transfer between those ICs, the system designer should choose the buses based on the feather of ES6028 and the format of data stream. In the HTiB system, the system designer adopts I2C bus, I2S bus and CCB bus etc. During this developing stage, the most important tasks for us are: Research protocol of these kinds of Bus, implement the driver of these kinds of Bus based on the hardware of target. realize the control function for the digital amplfier IC PS9702B through I2C bus,implement Equliazer function for audio. realize the control function for the A/V Switch IC M52790 through I2C bus, implement A/V switch function.realize the control function for the △∑ audio A/D conversion IC PCM1606 and △∑ audio D/A conversion IC PCM1800 through I2S bus.realize the data transfer and control function for the tuner IC LC72131 through CCB bus, add the function auto-scan function for the tuner. adjust the priority of the function to assure the system run exactly.HTiB is a complex embeded system. In this system, the compiler and simulator tool are provided by ESS.From the test rusult, the HTiB system implements the audio amplifier function, A/V Switch function, tuner function, etc. This HTiB has been launched into market successfully.更多还原
