【摘要】 本文以武汉市的社区老年卫生服务为研究对象。综合运用社会科学的研究方法,注重宏观与微观相结合、理论与实践相结合、定性与定量相结合,试图对武汉市的社区老年卫生服务体系进行科学的描述与分析,并在此基础上提出一些具有建设性的意见和建议。本文共分为五个部分。第一部分是绪论,笔者界定了相关的概念,综述了相关研究状况,并介绍了本文的研究目的、意义和方法。第二部分,笔者分别从宏观和微观两个层次,描述了武汉市社区老年卫生服务的基本状况。第三部分,笔者论述了武汉市老年群体对社区卫生服务的需求情况,并指出目前武汉市社区老年卫生服务还处于供给创造需求的阶段。第四部分,笔者指出了目前武汉市社区老年卫生服务存在的一些比较突出的问题,并进行了比较粗浅的分析。第五部分,在前面研究的基础上,提出了发展武汉市社区老年卫生服务的几个比较具有建设性和可操作性的意见和建议。最后,笔者比较客观的指出了本文存在的局限。社区老年卫生服务是社会保障领域中一个比较边缘的部分,与其他学科有很多交叉的地方。目前还没有引起社会保障领域研究者的普遍关注。但它所体现的公平和保障精神与社会保障的基本理念是完全吻合的,实际上也能够对老年人履行一定的社会保障功能。希望本文能够起到抛砖引玉的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The community health service (CHS) for the elderly in Wuhan city is the object of the thesis. The approaches of social science are exerted synthetically. The author pays attention to band macro approach and micro approach, band theory and practice together and band quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis together. The thesis consists of five parts. In part 1, the author defines correlative concepts and summarizes the conditions of former research and then brings forward research thought and research method. In part 2, the author describes the conditions of the community health service for the elderly in Wuhan city by macro approach and micro approach. In part 3, the author investigates the demand of the elderly for the community health service in Wuhan city and brings forth that the supply of the community health service for the elderly create the demand of it in some sense at present. In part 4, the author brings forth a number of issues of the community health service (CHS) for the elderly in Wuhan city at present. In part 5, some constructive advices are presented about improving the community health service (CHS) for the elderly in Wuhan city. In the end of the thesis, a number of shortages are presented objectively.The community health service (CHS) for the elderly is the verge of social security. At present the field has not been paid enough attentions. In fact, the community health service (CHS) for the elderly can perform some functions of social security. The author hopes more people pay attention to the community health service (CHS) for the elderly.更多还原
