基于C/S模式的配电网继电保护整定系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 现在,电力企业普遍采用计算机进行继电保护定值计算。这些软件的开发和应用为提高继电保护工作的水平发挥了重要作用,但是现有的继电保护整定软件几乎都是针对高压电力系统的特点而开发的,不能很好的适应于电压等级较低,规模较小的配电网,因为配电网在运行方式,拓扑结构和电网元件属性上都和高压电网有着很大的不同,且这些软件一般价格昂贵,基层电力企业难以承受。基于当前现状,针对配电网的特点,本文设计了一种基于客户机/服务器体系的配电网继电保护整定计算系统。本文在分析了继电保护整定计算程序的设计目标的基础上,设计了基于二层客户机/服务器模式的配电网继电保护整定计算系统的体系结构。本文在分析了整定计算系统中的数据结构的基础上,阐述了继电保护整定计算模块的实现,设计了整定计算数据库。并在参照供电企业中的继电保护日常管理流程的基础上,阐述了一种以数据库为核心的定值通知单管理的实现方案,并提出利用存储过程和触发器的动态修改数据技术用于元件计算参数的自动生成以及对网络特殊接线进行标示。最后本文对目前人工智能技术在电力系统继电保护整定计算中的应用作了介绍,总结了图形化用户界面的现状,探讨了继电保护整定计算的可扩展性问题。本文设计的配电网继电保护整定计算核心部分已经完成,该系统已经在鄂州电力系统得到了成功应用,效果良好。
【Abstract】 Protection coordination software is widely used in power system nowadays. The development and application of protection coordination software has helped a lot to improve operating of relay protection setting. Almost all of them are programmed to serve the large power grid, so they cannot content the desire of distribution networks. Because distribution networks has his own characteristic. This paper summarizes and analyzes the particularity of distribution networks and protection coordination software for distribution networks based on Client/Server is presented.Based on the analysis of the principle of designing protection coordination software, protection coordination software for distribution networks based on Client/Server is put forward in this paper.For assuring the expansibility, transplant and reuse of the software, establishing the self-contained relay coordination data structure is important. This paper studies the module for relay protection setting and designs the database of protection coordination software for distribution networks and builds value-sheet workflow management system and put foreword a application based on stored procedure and trigger.At the end of this paper, the application of AI technology for relay protection setting, graphic interface and adaptability is introduced.This system has been applied in EZhou power system successfully and achieved favorable performance.
