高精度高稳定度电流源研究

【摘要】 高稳定度电源和普通稳定电源的区别在于其输出电压(或电流)高度稳定,至少优于100PPM(万分之一或1×10)。介绍了高精度高稳定度电源的主要性能指标,通过传递函数,系统分析了影响电源稳定度的各种因素。软开关技术是现在电力电子技术研究的热点之一,是电力电子装置向高频化、高功率密度化发展的关键技术。本文详细分析了移相全桥ZVZCS软开关技术的实现原理和几种典型电路的优缺点,并在此基础上对利用饱和电感实现的ZVZCS软开关电路进行了实验研究。详细介绍了电路中主要元器件参数的选取方法。软开关技术与高精度高稳定度控制方法的结合,能从根本上提高高精度高稳定度电源的性能,是高精度高稳定度电源技术发展的必然趋势。数模混合的控制系统不但能够保证控制的高精度,还实现了智能控制和微机控制,使高精度高稳定电源的智能化程度有了较大的提高。本文主要的特点在于:(1)设计了一种利用移相全桥ZVZCS软开关技术的高精度高稳定度电流源。(2)实现了变换器的网络化控制,使变换器在调试、控制、监测等方面大为简化。实验结果表明:控制系统硬件结构简单、集成化程度高,易于实现;控制软件工作正常,正确实现了所有设计功能;所选电路拓扑结构简单、易于实现,具有开关管电压、电流应力小,副边占空比丢失小等优点;主电路参数设计正确、合理,满足变换器设计要求;电路在很宽负载范围内实现了零电压零电流软开关,大大提高了变换器工作效率。整个系统具有较高的精度和稳定度。
【Abstract】 The difference between high-stability power supply and ordinary power supply is its high stability what is better than 100PPM. Some parameters about high-stability power supply are introduced. All kinds of factors are stated systematically which affect the stability of power supply by way of Transmission-function.Soft-Switching technique is a hotspot of power electronic research. It’s the key technique in the high frequency and high-density converter. This paper proposes a phase-shift ZVZCS full bridge converter and analyses it’s principle of operation. On the analyses of several typical circuit topologies, a ZVZCS full bridge PWM converter using a saturable inductor is introduced. This paper presents the method of component parameter design. The combining scheme of analog and digital control technology has many advantages in improving the high-precision, anti-interference ability and flexibility, general and intelligent level. The combination of soft-Switching technique and digital control scheme is a trend of modern high-precision & high-stability power supply.The advances of this paper lay on:(1) A High-precision & High-stability Current Source using phase-shift control ZVZCS full bridge PWM method is designed.(2) With the network control system, the converter can be debugged, controlled and monitored easily.The experiment results show: The control system’s hardware structure is simple, highly integrated and easy to implement; The control system’s software works properly and fulfill all functions; Main circuit’s parameter is right, reasonable and achieve all design require; The Current Source can implement zero voltage and zero current soft switching in a large load range and has a high efficiency. The system has high enough precision and high enough stability.
