【摘要】 汉正街历史悠久,由于其临汉水、近长江,水运便利,在明代汉水改道后得以迅速发展,成为武汉的商业中心。在特定的人文环境、商业氛围下汉正街地区产生了特殊的街区形态,形成特殊的肌理。今天的汉正街地区正经历着大规模的改造,同时这种改造在一定的程度上仍处于一种盲目的阶段,它在破坏了原有的城市肌理的同时也损害了其丰富多彩的城市生活,汉正街的独特活力正在这种改造中消失。缺乏对汉正街地区独特的城市环境,特别是人们生活赖以存在的道路、建筑及其相互关系的了解是造成这种盲目改造的原因之一。对每个单体建筑来说,它与街道相接的方式有所不同,除了直接与街道相连接以外,建筑还通过外部庭院、停车场地等与街道相接,这样的一些外部空间,在本文中被定义为隙间。本文主要以隙间为视点,借助类型学的方法对汉正街传统街区内建筑和道路关系进行研究。通过文中的分析,得到以下结论:汉正街地区的隙间主要存在九种类型,即与单条道路连接的I型隙间、与两条道路连接的I型隙间、点型隙间、与单条道路连接的L型隙间、与两条道路连接的L型隙间、与单条道路连接的T型隙间、与两条道路连接的T型隙间、折型隙间和复合型隙间。其中与单条道路连接的I型隙间最为普遍。在汉正街的商业、生产、运输、居住等活动中,隙间主要与人们的居住活动产生联系。隙间与人们的日常生活发生紧密联系。人们通过铺地、设门等方式对隙间环境进行改造,将其纳入到生活之中。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is a long history of HanzhenJie Street. it is close to Yangzi river and Han river, after Han river changed the path in Ming Dynasty, the HanZhenJie district gruadually became the business centre of Wuhan city. With the unique human culture and business environment, the Hanzhenjie district has formed an unique pattern of streets and blocks with unique text! Nowadays, the traditional district of Hanzhenjie is experiencing a large scale reformation. Unfortunately, the reformation is blindly, it destroyed the former city text and colorful city life, the unique vigor of Hanzhenjie district was lost with the large scale reformation. One of the mainly reasons of the blind reformation is short of understanding of the unique city environment of Hanzhengjie district, especially the short of understanding of road and building and their relationship which related with local people’s daily life. Each building has a special way of connecting with the street in Hanzhengjie district. Besides joining it directly, the building also connects it with open court, parking place, etc. These kinds of open space are defined as “Interstice Space” in this paper. By the help of it, the paper will focus on the different relationships between the buildings and the streets in the Hanzhenjie district In the way of Typology.Conclusion:1. The Interstice Space of district of Hanzhenjie street is classified with 9 types, I type connected with 1 street,I type connected with 2 streets,Point type, L type connected with 1 street, L type connected with 2 streets,T type connected with 1 street,T type connected with 2 streets, Fold type and Composed type. I type is the most common type among the 6 types.2. The Interstice Space of Hanzhenjie district mainly connects with peoples’ resident <WP=6>activities among business , manufacturing, transport and resident activities.3. The Interstice Space of Hanzhenjie district has a strong connection with people’s daily life.
