【摘要】 当今世界,高新技术产业带动经济持续、快速增长己成为全球发展的趋势与潮流。21世纪是知识经济时代,创新型的中小企业不断产生新的经济增长点,拉动经济持续增长,形成新的高科技产业,并在传播先进技术和科技成果产业化中扮演着重要的角色。企业孵化器对新兴产业的有效支持作用以及对中小企业在科技创新和市场创新方面的有效扶持作用,毫无疑问将对知识经济做出巨大贡献。本文在简要介绍论文选题的背景目的和意义,以及研究的必要性之后,首先从企业孵化器的基本概念入手,简述了科技企业孵化器的作用和基本功能,着重于对其社会功能的分析,尤其是对中小型企业发展、技术创新和经济发展的影响。 然后,重点对中美两国科技企业孵化器的发展进行了比较分析。首先对两国科技企业孵化器的发展历程、发展现状、运作模式、发展特点等方面进行了较为详细的阐述,进而重点从投资主体、管理机制、服务支持、孵化效率、专门人才等方面对我国企业孵化器发展进行了细致的分析与探讨,最后列表分析两国科技企业孵化器发展的异同。第三,根据对我国科技企业孵化器的发展分析,提出了我国孵化器事业的发展对策,着重从引入风险投资机制、构建合理盈利模式、建设孵化器软环境支持网络、合理定位、控制规模等方面进行了一些探讨,并简要分析了我国孵化器的未来发展趋势。最后是案例分析,对武汉华工科技企业孵化器的运作模式进行了较为详细的分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 In our times, it has become trend and current of global development that the new high-tech industry drives economic increases continuously and quickly. The 21st century is the era of knowledge-driven economy. Innovative small and medium-sized enterprises are producing new growth engines constantly, spurring sustainable economic development, forming the new Hi-Tech industry, and playing an important role in propagating the advanced technology and industrialization of scientific and technical result. The Business Incubator will make enormous contribution to the knowledge economy undoubtedly because of its effective support function in new industry, scientific and technical innovation and market innovative.After introducing the background and meaning of the thesis selected title, and analyzing the necessary of study, the thesis begins with the basic conception of the Business Incubator of Science and Technology, and sketches the effect and basic function of the Business Incubator. In these basic functions, the thesis focuses on the analysis of the Business Incubator social function, especially to the impact on technological innovation and economic development of the small business. Then focal points have carried on comparative analysis to the development of the Business Incubator of Science and Technology of China and the United States. The first, the thesis gives the expositions of development course, develop current situation, operation mode, and develop characteristic of these two countries’ business incubators. The second, development of the Business incubator of our country is analyzed and discussed carefully from the investment subject, the mechanism of management, service support, hatching efficiency, specialized personnel, etc. The third, a table is given about the differences of the Business Incubator between China and the United States. And then to these analysis, the thesis puts forward some development <WP=6>countermeasures of the incubator undertaking of our country, and emphatically analyzes to lead venture capital into the Business Incubator, structure rational profit modes, build incubator support network, make a reservation, control respect scale, etc. In addition to, the thesis gives a brief analysis of development trend of the Business Incubator in the future. At last, it offers a case about Wuhan Huagong Business Incubator. of Science and Technology. To this case, the thesis emphatically analyzes this business Incubator’s development mode.更多还原
