高填路堤快速施工及沉降的数值仿真研究

【摘要】 高填方路基相对一般路基而言,具有沉降大,沉降时间长,对地基承载力要求高等特点,我国现行规范中对其并没有特别要求。公路施工中的路基沉降,特别是不均匀沉降,可能导致路面断裂及构造物两侧路面错台,严重影响道路的行驶质量及使用寿命,如何有效地降低路基沉降,消除路基沉降所带来的危害已成为公路建设科技领域的一个重要课题。本文结合118工程实际进行研究探讨,该工程的高填方路段将作为桥梁大型T梁构件预制施工场地,要求在40天内完成该高填方路基的快速施工,使其能满足预制构件的施工、堆放、运输及吊装要求。针对这些特殊要求,本文从天然地基的处理、路堤的填筑过程、出现问题的补救措施等方面开展了快速施工技术研究,提出了快速施工方案。该方案根本出发点就是考虑如何有效降低路基沉降和消除路基不均匀沉降,提高路堤的承载力。为验证该方案的合理性,本文介绍了计算路基沉降的各种方法,考虑到土体复杂的非线性的特征,决定选用有限元法进行数值分析。基于大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS平台,对高填方路基的沉降变形进行了数值仿真分析,结果表明快速施工方案中所采取的工程措施取得了明显的实际效果,充分验证了该方案的合理性和实用性。利用计算机技术对工程进行全面的科学的研究,提出经济合理施工方案,是工程建设发展的必然趋势。本文的研究成果在类似的地区和类似工程中同样具有推广使用价值,它将有助于工程决策者和工程技术人员高效准确的完成人工难以完成的各种模拟分析、计算、设计和管理等工作,具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Comparing to the common embankments, the high embankment has big settlements, long-time settlements and need high foundation carrying capacity, but it is not alluded expressly in the actual norm of our country. The roadbed settlements in highway construction, especially unsymmetrical settlements, will lead to the cleft and stagger of pavement, and largely affect the quality of driving as well as used life-span. So how to bring down the settlements and clear off the danger made by settlements has been an important task in highway construction.This article integrates the actual 118 Project to research. In the project, the north bank of DaoShuiHe Bridge will be the high embankment, on which the main girders of the great bridge will be prefabricated. For the more, the construction of the high embankment must be accomplished in forty days and it must satisfy the construction, piling, transport and assembly of the prefabricated components. Aim for these special conditions, this article carried out the research on fast construction from the three aspects such as processing natural foundation,filling embankment and remedial measures, and expounded the scheme of fast construction. The radical starting point of this scheme is how to bring down the settlements and clear off the unsymmetrical settlements, so as to raise the foundation carrying capacity. In order to verify the rationality of this scheme, this article introduces the methods of calculating settlements. Because of the complicated nonlinear feature of soil, the finite element method is selected to numerically analyze from many methods of calculating settlements. Basing on the ANSYS platform, the numerical simulation of embankment settlements is conducted. The results manifest that the effects of some measures in the fast construction scheme is obvious, so the rationality and practicality of scheme are verified amply. It is an inevitable tendency that researching the project comprehensively and <WP=5>scientifically by means of computer technology accordingly bringing forward economic and reasonable construction scheme. The researchful outcomes of this article will have popularized value in analogous zones and projects, and it will help the people who make project policy or the technicians to accomplish all kinds of simulant analysis, calculation, design and administration which manpower can not do with high efficiency and accuracy, thus it will have extensively applied prospect.
