地板送风空调系统的数值模拟研究

【摘要】 中央空调的送风系统有很多种,根据送风方式的不同,通常可以分为上送风中央空调系统和下送风中央空调系统。地板送风空调系统是下送风空调系统中的一种。目前,在影剧院空调系统和现代化的办公室空调系统的设计中,我们常常采用地板送风空调系统,这种空调送风系统可以使经过空调处理过的气流直接进入工作区,吸收人体的散热和散湿,提高室内环境的舒适性。实践证明,这种空调系统所形成的温度场和速度场都比较均匀,有很好的空调效果。带有地板辐射的地板送风空调系统是一种特殊的地板送风空调系统,这种系统中,室内地板下的空调静压箱不采取保温措施,因此,经过一段时间以后,地板的表面温度会发生变化,可以对室内的热湿负荷产生一定的影响,从而引起空调系统的送风状态的改变。笔者通过对一个带有地板辐射的地板送风空调系统的模型进行计算,发现带有地板辐射的地板送风空调系统与无地板辐射的地板送风空调系统以及普通的上送风空调系统相比较,系统具有送风量更小,更经济、节能的特点。针对这种计算结果,笔者运用紊流的数学模型,采用国际著名的CFD流体计算软件FULUENT6.0对地板送风空调模型进行数值模拟计算,描绘出模型内部的温度变化情况,得到了夏季、冬季两种不同工况下的温度场和速度场。通过对此模型的数值模拟计算,可以得出以下结论:带有地板辐射的地板送风空调系统与传统的地板送风空调系统相比,其工作区域的温度场更均匀,温度变化更小,热舒适性更好,整个空调系统的设计风量更小,更节能。
【Abstract】 There are many kinds of systems of central air conditioning system. According to the difference ways of blowing, central air conditioning system can be divide into blowing from the top and from the bottom. Underfloor air conditioning system (UFAC) is the one way of blowing from the bottom. At present, in the designs of the air conditioning system of the theatre and modernized office air conditioner system, we adopt underfloor air conditioning system often, the air of this way can enter the workspace, and the air current handled by the air conditioner directly to make, absorb the heat dissipation of the human body and break up wetly, improve the comfortableness of the indoor environment. Practice has proved, temperature field formed of this kind of air conditioning system and velocity field are all more even, there are very good air conditioner effects.With radiation of the underfloor air conditioning system is one special underfloor air conditioning system, in this kind of system, static pressure box under the floor can not be taken insulation work, so, after some time, the surface temperature of the floor will change, can have a certain impact on hot wet load in the room, thus cause the change of state of underfloor air conditioning system.I calculate model of the underfloor air conditioning system with radiation of the floor, find that among the underfloor air conditioning system with radiation and underfloor air conditioning system without radiation and a ordinary one blow air conditioning system, the system has the characteristics that underfloor air conditioning system with radiation is smaller, more economic, more energy-conserving. To this kind of result of calculation, I use the turbulent mathematics model through the above model, adopt the internationally famous CFD fluid software FULUENT6.0 to calculate, depict the temperature change within models, has got the temperature change contours under two kinds of different operating modes in summer and winter.Calculating through the numerical simulation to this model, we can draw the following conclusion: The floor with radiation of the underfloor air conditioning system and traditional underfloor air conditioning system is compared, the temperature field of its job area is more even, temperature changes smaller, hot comfortableness is better, the design of the whole air conditioner system is smaller in wind amount, energy-conservation.
