CMFW-2连续微滤膜技术在中水回用中的应用

【摘要】 本文在总结目前国内外中水处理技术的基础上,结合微滤膜过程的有关理论,在确保提高出水水质、考虑经济因素的前提下,主要从水质、微滤膜分离过程的水力学特性、膜污染的清洗与控制三方面为城市污水厂二沉出水的CMFW-2连续微滤膜技术应用作一些初步探索。研究结果表明:1.CMFW-2连续微滤装置的出水其水质优于《城市杂用水水质标准》(征求意见稿)(2002年),经消毒后可用来冲厕、道路清扫、消防、园林绿化、洗车和建筑施工等。2.CMFW-2连续微滤试验装置出水水质的影响因素:预处理是非常必要的;最佳运行参数为操作压力0.12~0.15MPa,过滤周期18~30min。3.产水体积V在0~1200L内,CMFW-2连续微滤膜产水体积V与过滤时间t函数关系如下:, V∈[0,1200] R2=0.9998可见,V与t呈二次函数关系,滤饼过滤起主导作用。4.由CMFW-2连续微滤膜透水率恢复系数随过滤周期的变化曲线可表明:(1)CMFW-2连续微滤膜透水率恢复系数随过滤周期的变化曲线呈阶梯状下降,可见气、水反冲清洗对膜污染的消除效果不错。(2)随着对二沉出水膜过滤周期的进行,CMFW-2连续微滤膜透水率恢复系数,逐渐变小。5.经过化学清洗后,可将微滤膜污染层清除掉,使水通量恢复到初始过滤水平。6.经济技术分析结果表明: MFW-2连续微滤装置具有操作压力低、产水量大、售价低、膜使用寿命长和出水浊度低等优点。

【Abstract】 This thesis summarizes domestic and international reclaimed water treatment methods, combines the relevant theories of the MF separation process.First, improves final water quality and takes the economic factors into account. Then makes some basic explorations mainly from water quality, hydraulic character of MF separate process, membrane fouling of MF separate process, so as to apply CMFW-2 Continuous Microfiltration technology to reclaimed water treatment of secondary water in sewage treatment plant. The research results show that:1. The final water quality of CMFW-2 Continuous Microfiltration device is superior to Water Quality Standard for Urban Water Consumption (Exposure draft) (2001 annual). After being disinfected, it can be used to wash lavatory, clean road, control fire, afforest gardens, wash car and construct buildings etc.2. The effect factor of the final water quality of CMFW-2 Continuous Microfiltration device: the pretreatment is very necessary; the optimal run parameters are operation pressure of 0.12~0.15MPa and filter period of 18~30min.3. V∈[0,1200], The function relation between producing water volume (V) of CMFW-2 Continuous Microfiltration membrane and filter time (t) is as follows:, V∈[0,1200] R2=0.9998It is obvious that V and t take on the quadratic relation, cake layer filtration acts the main function..4. The change curve between completely water rate resume coefficient of CMFW-2 Continuous Microfiltration membrane and filter period indicates that:(1) The change curve between completely water rate resume coefficient of CMFW-2 Continuous Microfiltration membrane and filter period presents the form of the ladder to drop, it is obvious that air, water recoil flush eliminate membrane fouling a <WP=6>good result. (2) With secondary water membrane filter period going on, completely water rate resume coefficient of CMFW-2 Continuous Microfiltration membrane becomes small gradually.5. After chemistry cleaning, the fouling layer of Microfiltration can be removed, the membrane flux can be resumed to the initial filter competence.6. The result in the economic technology shows that: CMFW-2 Continuous Microfiltration device has merits of low operation pressure, large water production, low price, long membrane performance life, low final water turbid degree, etc.
