错列桁架钢结构多层住宅体系整体分析和初步设计

【摘要】 错列桁架钢结构住宅体系是一种新型的钢结构住宅体系。为了研究这种体系在多层住宅建筑中的应用和设计方法,本文首先使用ETABS和SAP2000等软件对一个七层错列桁架钢结构住宅方案进行了受力分析,标准模型采用Pratt桁架结合开洞剪力墙体系。内力计算的内容包括竖向(重力)荷载下的内力计算;风荷载下的内力计算;水平地震荷载下的内力计算以及结构的地震反应和自振特性等。论文第二部分的工作是在标准模型计算的基础上改变结构布置,对影响错列桁架钢结构住宅体系受力性能的因素进行了分析,这些因素主要包括:不同的建筑进深,考虑了12m,16.5m,18m三种错列桁架跨度;不同的框架柱形式,考虑了圆钢管混凝土柱和宽翼缘H型钢柱两种框架柱形式;不同的楼板形式,分析了是否采用楼板平面内完全刚度假定对错列桁架结构体系的影响,并且提出实际工程中可供选择的楼板体系;不同的纵向抗侧力体系,分析了纵向设置开洞剪力墙、支撑体系和仅靠框架承担纵向水平力时的结构受力性能;不同的横向抗侧力体系,提出六种桁架形式,并对它们各自的性能做了阐述,另外还对除桁架外的横向抗侧力构件(剪力墙、支撑等)对结构受力性能的影响进行了分析;不同的桁架节点形式,分析了桁架腹杆两端与弦杆的连接和弦杆与柱连接形式对结构受力性能的影响。论文第三部分的工作是根据对标准模型受力性能多因素的分析,对前面所述的建筑方案进行优化的结构初步设计,对主体结构构件和基础进行了设计和验算,并且对优化后的结构方案进行了经济评价。最后,根据前面的研究内容,对错列桁架钢结构住宅体系的特点和设计要点进行了总结,并对今后的研究方向提出了建议。
【Abstract】 Staggered truss steel structure is a new type for steel residential system. For researching the application and design method of this system in multi-story residential building, the thesis first analyses the mechanical behavior of a seven-story staggered truss steel residential building using ETABS and SAP2000. The standard modal adopts Pratt truss and shear walls. The calculation of internal force includes gravity loads, wind loads and horizontal seismic loads. It also includes the seismic response and self-vibration characteristic of the structure.The second part of the thesis is to give several alternatives of standard modal and analyse the contributory factors of the behavior of staggered truss steel structure. The factors considered mainly include as follow:Different architecture depth, 12m, 16.5m, 18m staggered truss span are considered;Different form of frame column, concrete filled steel tubular and wide flange H profiled bar column are considered;Different form of floor slab, the influence of in-plane stiffness assumption is analyzed and some floor systems which can be used in practice are shown;Different longitude horizontal resistance system, shear wall, brace system and pure-frame resistance system are discussed;Different latitude horizontal resistance system, six truss forms and their mechanical capabilities are compared, and other latitude horizontal resistance components except truss such as shear wall and brace are analyzed;Different node form, the connection of web to truss chords and connection of truss chords to frame column are discussed. <WP=5>The third part of the thesis is to optimize the structure design according to the contributory factors analysis of the standard modal. The principal structure member and foundation are designed. It also shows the economical estimation of the structure.Finally, according to the research above, the thesis summarize the characteristic and outline of staggered truss steel building design and gives some advice to the future research.
