红外导引头成像光斑测试仪机械系统设计与实现

【摘要】 随着红外成像制导技术的发展和应用,红外导引头的测试与实验技术是当前和今后发展一段时间内新的发展需求。导引头光学组件的成像质量和能量分布对提高导引头对目标的搜索、识别、捕获、跟踪能力以及增加制导精度有着至关重要的作用,因此在生产过程中必须对其成像质量检测及能量分布进行定量检测,以便更加有效的指导生产和装配。现设计研制的智能化红外导引头光斑测试仪,主要是用来定量测量红外光学系统像面上的能量分布及其透过率,评价光学系统的质量,确保其满足系统的像质要求和能量要求。在研制过程中,我们大量采用了计算机辅助设计技术,大大提高了机械设计的质量、速度,以及设计图纸的规范性。整个测试系统机械设计工作量相当大,共完成42张图纸,其中有A0号图纸5张,A1号图纸4张,A2号图纸11张,A3号图纸9张,A4号图纸13张。全文共分为五章。第一章为绪论部分,简要介绍了红外导引头的发展现状及其测试评估技术、课题的关键技术等;第二章主要介绍了计算机辅助设计的一般知识和它在课题研制过程中的应用;第三章从测试系统的方案设计入手,介绍了仪器的用途和主要技术指标要求,制定了仪器的精度指标并进行了分配,分析了测试仪的工作原理和机械结构设计的主要任务和技术难点;第四章重点讲解了测试仪的三大组件的计算机辅助设计,并进行了误差分析与计算,介绍了机械系统的装配、调试和操作流程;第五章对课题进行了总结,求出了仪器的总误差大小,并提出了若干修改建议。

【Abstract】 The measuring and experimental technology for infrared seeker is the new requirement in now and aftertime for a long period of time under the development and usement of infrared imaging guided tachnique.The imaging quality and energy distributing of the optical discreteness are extraordinary important to improve the ability for infrared seeker to seach,distinguish,seize and scout the aim,so we must quantificationally examine its imaging quality and energy distributing during the production, in prder to direct production and fitting more effectively.The intelligentized facula measure machine for infrared seeker we have designed is mainly used to measure quantificationanlly the energy distribution on the infrared imaging plate and its permeating rate, and to evaluate the optical system imaging quality,so that to insure it to meet the imaging quality and energy requirement.During the design,we massly used the CAD technique to improve the speed and quality of design,and the standardization of the design.The mechanical design workload of the whole testing system is very plentiful. It involves 42 design,including 5 A0 designs,4 A1 designs,11 A2 designs,9 A3 designs and 13 A4 designs.The paper consists of five sections. Chapter 1 is the introduction.It describes concisely the development of infrared seeker and its testing and evaluating technique,and the key technique in the task. Chapter 2 mainly describes the ganaral knowledge of CAD and its use in design. Chapter 3 starting with the whole design scheme,describes the use and the main technical requirement of the machine,gives the precision requirement and then distributes it,at the end analyzes the principle of the machine and the main difficulty in the mechanical design. Chapter 4 expounds the CAD in the 3 main discretenesses,then analyzes and calculates the errors of the machine,and describes the installation of machanism and the operating process. Chapte 6 summarizes the design of the machine,calculates the whole error and puts forward some suggestion to improve.
