输电杆塔架空光缆设计软件的研制

【摘要】 改革开放以来,我国电力工业空前发展,已经建成了遍布全国城乡的输送电网络,如何充分利用这笔规模巨大的线路资源,一直是业界关注的重点。电力系统光纤通信工程正是在这种情况下提出的,通过在已有的输电线路的杆塔设施上架设全介质自承式光缆(ADSS),可以建成庞大的通信网络,创造巨大的经济和社会效益。近年来,在ADSS光缆线路设计和实际运行中遇到很多问题,主要表现在高电压环境对光缆造成的损伤以及加挂光缆导致杆塔结构的破坏,造成巨大的损失。为了让杆塔、输电线路、加挂的光缆安全共存,就需要研究力、电、磁等各种因素,对工程进行整体研究分析,研制开发出相应的软件系统,指导实际设计。本文基于系统集成的思想,在总结了国内外ADSS光缆工程研究和实践经验的基础上,提出了针对输电杆塔架空光缆项目的计算分析方案,并开发了一套辅助设计的软件。软件包含前、后处理和中心计算三部分,在数据库支持下,实现了建模、计算、结果分析等功能。软件开发的过程中使用了Visual Fortran、Visual C++、OpenGL、SQL Server等技术。在重点研究的计算部分,文中采用模拟电荷法进行了输电线路三维电磁场分析,准确计算了线路各截面的电磁场以及电位、场强沿ADSS光缆走向的分布;采用有限元方法,对加挂光缆的输电杆塔进行了结构分析,校核了各构件的力学状态。系统考虑了转角、舞动等复杂工况对电磁场和杆塔结构的影响,并实现了各计算模块的耦合。本文软件计算的结果以电磁场等值线、彩色云图和杆塔构件破坏图的形式显示在系统界面中,并提供了相应的数据说明。通过查看计算结果,能够辅助设计者在高电压环境中寻找合适的光缆挂点和路径,同时综合杆塔的受力情况,辅助构件加固设计。这可以很好的指导实际工程。

【Abstract】 With the rapid progress of the economy since reformation and opening, The construction of electric power system has been greatly developed, which brings us a kind of transmission resources all over the country. It is very important to find a way to use the resources sufficiently .One of the best way is setting ADSS on the power towers and building a large communication net, it can make great benefits to the economy and our society.While in recent years, we find some problems in ADSS projects. ADSS fiber optical cables are eroded and power towers are destroyed by the additional loads of ADSS. In order to solve these problems and avoid loss, we need to research and develop a software system to assist the design for ADSS setting.After studying the recent research results and summarizing practical experiences ,the author develop a software of computation and design based on the principle of integration .This software consists of three subsystems (preprocess,computation and postprocess),with the support of database module. Users can model, compute and analyze with this software conveniently and the whole system is developed with Visual Fortran,VC++, OpenGL ,SQL Server.In the computation part, the main body of this software, the author use Charge Simulation Method to analyze the electromagnetic field distribution on each section of transmission lines and the potential and intensity along ADSS concerned 3-D effects.Also,Finite Element Method is used to analyze the structure of power towers.Some unordinary loadcases, such as galloping and transmission lines corner etc., are concerned and the subsystems are coupled .The results are provided by figures of element color,isoline, contour with data-output . It can help users to choose the best suspension point for ADSS and find a way to strengthen power towers .It is helpful in design.
