水电机组状态检修数据库管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】 水电能源产业在我国能源生产中扮演着重要的角色,随着技术的发展,水电厂的检修作业方式已经进入了第三次变革阶段,即以诊断监测为前提的状态检修阶段。开展状态检修及故障诊断分析系统的研究,对于改变我国现行的电厂检修制度模式,实现水电厂运行管理从“常规倒班制”到“无人值班(少人值守)”以及检修管理从“计划检修”到“状态检修”的过渡,具有划时代的意义,是水电站技术的重要变革和重大进步。本文以水轮发电机组为主要研究对象,结合状态检修的最终目的,开发出了一套状态检修数据库管理系统。这套系统采用数据库技术,对水电机组在线监测及离线试验的原始数据和试验分析结果进行集中管理,并且实现了与电厂MIS系统的信息共享,具有一定的应用价值。论文针对水电厂的应用环境,采用基于客户机/服务器的网络应用模式,并详细介绍了其系统结构及实现的关键技术。论文根据水电机组数据库特点,利用关系数据库的规范化理论,深入阐述了水电机组状态检修数据库的设计方法,并采用一种联合关键字的数据库查询设计方法,有效的解决了大量原始采样数据的存储及查询问题。同时还针对原始采样数据的特点,采用一种基于增量计算的数据压缩方法,有效的解决了原始数据的压缩问题。针对这套系统,笔者应用现代软件开发理论,对整套系统进行了模块化设计。详细阐述了软件的总体结构设计与模块划分方案,并在此基础上详细介绍了软件各个模块的实现方法。
【Abstract】 Hydroelectric power plays an important part of energy industry in China. With the development of technical skills, strict requirements have been put forward to security and reliability of hydroelectric power. The managers of power plant also pay much attention to conditional overhaul. In this dissertation, a manage system has been developed by contributing to overhaul of hydropower generator set. Using the technology of database, this system can manage the raw data of online monitoring system and test system and the result. It can also share information with the MIS system of hydroelectric power.Because of the condition of appliance, the Client/Server mode is used in this system. The frame and the key technology of the mode are expounded.In this dissertation, by using the theory of relational database, the author stated the design of database for hydroelectric power set. A design by joining the keyword which can solve the storage and query of the raw data is expounded. And moreover a method of data compression which is based on adding arithmetic is presented in this paper. This method can solve the compression of raw data.At the same time, based on the practice of project, the idea of software engineering was used in the software. The author explains the function analyse of this software and the technology about them.
